You’ve pretty much said what I need to know. Cost of living and crime are the two most important factors for me. I like the location of Seymour in relation to downtown Knoxville and Sevierville at roughly equal distance of 20 minutes.

There is one drawback. If you are working anywhere north, like Knoxville, you have to travel Chapman Highway to get there. It is not awful, but it is not good, either.

The proximity to Sevierville and Knoxville is why we moved there. My wife worked in Sevierville and I worked in Knoxville at the time.

This is so ironic. Kiffin wants rules in place so that he can break them. Kids go to the place with the deepest pockets? That was happening under the old system. The issue is that Kiffin is at a place with limited resources, and he’s gotten a bit lazy in recruiting.

If Kiffin wanted to go somewhere with deep NIL pockets he could have. Last year. Auburn absolutely would have taken him over Hue Freeze. He took the raise, so no complaining.
