This reminds me of an Astronomy class in college I took 30 years or so ago. The professor was presenting a lot of info that seemed to contradict secular science's view of creation as opposed to the Biblical view.Hmm…I do the science thing for a living and I can muddy the waters here because there is no such thing as irrefutable empirical evidence. Science is a methodologically constrained means to constantly update and refine our limited and provisional understanding of the material manifestation of phenomena, not a means to final truth.
Now back to football…would it be awesome if we landed Nwaneri? Aren’t we stoked about our new found depth on defense? Is local media overblowing the o-line concerns? Will Milton win the Heisman?
Josh Gibson would like to have a say in this. Ruth was playing a bunch of guys that wouldn't be anything more than a high school pitcher back then. I know, I know it's controversial BUT it's also true.
Exactly! Last year I had a family reunion(My aunt, who is a big Tennessee fan, thought it was okay since TN played on Thursday. What? The first day of college football in months???)…..wedding shower…..a wedding (AL game…I did not feel good. I didn’t. I was a nervous wreck.)……..birthday party (grandson’s. UTM. Had to miss the 2nd half.)……and then there were all the football games to see my granddaughter cheer (an hour away! And she didn’t even enjoy it!).
100% true.Josh Gibson would like to have a say in this. Ruth was playing a bunch of guys that wouldn't be anything more than a high school pitcher back then. I know, I know it's controversial BUT it's also true.

So, silly me, I asked him why they refuse to accept the Biblical view. His answer was pretty much what you just said (but in simpler words). Basically, if they accept it as fact, they have no more truth to explore.
I thought I'd respond to you in your native language of communist. That way there was no confusing the message. I waited 2 hours and consumed a massive amount of waffles, and you didn't show.Ivan Drago was a Russian. So, you're conceding defeat? Good idea.
or You're saying Im Rocky, and at which point ill still waffle stomp you.
There was a time that Science thought bathing washed away the body's natural ability to fight off infection. This reminds me of an Astronomy class in college I took 30 years or so ago. There is a stand-up bit about this. When is the last time you ran? When is the last time you were in a full-on sprint?
I'd have some serious problems if I tried to stand up and jump into a dead sprint like I could when I was a kid,There is a stand-up bit about this.
Basically mentioned their nephew taking off in a dead sprint for 20, 30 seconds...stopping for 5 and blasting off again. Talking about a 5 or 6 year old. It was so easy back then to sprint like it was nothing.
Then comparing it to the extraordinary exertion needed for an adult to do the same. It feels almost painful to do anything above a light yog
