I’ve had 16 clients call in with pipe bursts since this cold snap. These homes in the south are just not built for the extreme freezes.

My issues weren't as bad as I thought. I was afraid the pumphouse froze again but it was just a pipe behind my shower. Installed two shut off valves to the cold and hot supply to that shower under the house and cut them off. Changed the sediment filter and fired it back up and have water again!

Now I have to tear out the shower and replace the busted lines. Going to replace the valve body for the shower just in case as well. Hopefully I can salvage at least the floor pan and sliding door in that shower when I tear out. Figured I'd just install board and tile it up.

Rest up, I know you've earned it after these past few days!

I know what you mean, I live in a very old farmhouse some of it on the original stone foundation. They don't handle the cold too well.

It’s really well done. Strays slightly from the source material but not drastically…at least plot wise. Even as a conservative, I thought Clancy’s last efforts were way too cartoonish right wing. I didn’t see Krasinski as Ryan beforehand, but he’s repped in this role. The next season is supposedly the finale.

The Recruit, on Netflix is a new one. It’s good.

So your issue wasn't the fact that they spoke with Russian accents. You wanted them speaking in Russian, and you want to read the subtitles. That's not my preference for movies, but whatever floats your boat.

Commies are more comfortable with Russian.

I really am hoping Titans just roll with Dobbs for the rest of the season.

Willis is a small QB and looks like a long term project before you convince him to just play WR. Was a terrible pick imo and if your best season at Liberty is 2857 yards and 27 TDs you aren't very good, regardless of how many rushing yards you had.

Give me Dobbs who is bigger and faster and at least his college numbers weren't eye popping because he was playing in the SEC with a terrible coach.

Pictures don’t do it justice, and it’s amazing that it’s still not ‘finished’. I think it’s tentatively set to be in its final form in 2030. Hope you get to see it old man!

I haven't seen any evidence of this fantastic arm that you're referencing. Granted, I have watched very little of the Titans this year, but in two games that I've watched, his arm looks serviceable at best and more accurately described as weak.

This is from the NFL Analyst….. compares him to Jay cutler in terms of arm strength…. I don’t think he will be good either but he shouldn’t be playing now…. He needs a lot of developing before seeing the field.
