Almost as fun as watching the Gators look terrible the other night. Those two programs spiraling out of control this fall and beyond brings me great joy. Especially UF. I’m going to soak up every second of their demise right alongside our rise to the top. It’s a really really fun time to be a Vol.

It’s especially sweeter when we experienced 10-15 years of ineptitude and those two fanbases kicked us while we’re down. Now that we’re back and they’re spiraling out of control and experiencing what it’s like to suck, we’re going to make their lives miserable!

Anyone with an update on Squirrel? Didn't see where he came back into the game after being helped off... Otherwise I believe we are good in terms of anyone getting dinged up...

Haven't seen anything official but he was on the sideline with his helmet on when we were on offense. I think we didn't put him back in as a precaution. Plus Donte needed the reps and the game was under control.

How do you finish a whole football game with -2 yds rushing?

I don't know the answer, but apparently Beamer does. 🙄

3 new transfer OL that got physically mauled when they didn’t look just lost and didn’t block anyone.

AND your number 1 RB is your backup QB.

Unno, can’t blame their OC for just having Rattler throw to the Legette kid. That alone is more offense than Florida showed.

They had several starters transfer of a team that was good last year. That says a lot

Was crazy, Rattler took some shots. Dude would get up, throw it in the dirt, then next play he'd either get tackled for a loss or throw a ridiculous throw.

Last year he was able to pick up our blitzes.

Its crazy to me that, we got pressure on him last year. And could..not...tackle him. If he has time he will find an open player. So, who shows up? We have more team speed this year. So, how was UNC able to get home so many times?

We have to figure out how to get home.
I believe they have a completely new OL this year, filled with transfers from lower levels competition. It's kind of hard to compare what we did last year to what UNC did last night.

If I had to predict based on watching our DL, and then their OL yesterday, SC is trouble when UT brings bad thoughts from last year. They may need to have a few extra ambulances on standby.

We're basing this off of what? One game?

Bc last year in Columbia they were world beaters.

We SHOULD beat them handily.
Basing it on last night, and descriptions. See my post above. They seem to be a mash unit of lower level transfers. Maybe they just haven't meshed yet, and will be a wall of strength when we play them, but there is every indication that their OL is a collection of desperation signees.

Their leading rusher had 23 yds. You would think that somewhere along the way, someone would have noticed that their RB's were facing the wrong direction when the ball was snapped. 🤷‍♂️

Every single time the TV timeout guy walked on to the field yesterday, his sign said at least 3 minutes. Every time. He had to have gone out there 15-20 times. That is 45-60 minutes of commercials in a game that lasted over 3 1/2 hours. The game was not shortened in the slightest. I don't see these rules lasting very long with how vocal the coaches and fans have already been about it.
There were 10 second ads during any small break in the game.

Player (I think Squirrel) went down injured, "While they're tending to X, here's a word from Ram trucks." *10 second Ram commercial* then right back to the view of the injured player.

The billions they pay for the rights have to come from somewhere.

If my memory serves me correctly, I think the 06 season experimented the exact same clock rules and then reverted back to the old rules in 07 after one season.
