Prayers for the Buffalo player that just collapsed. He made a tackle, stood up, then just collapsed to the ground. The hit didn't look bad at all. They've got the ambulance on the field working on him.

The Tulane player that was paralyzed from the neck down was a scary seen. CPR, etc, but a completely different situation.

He took a hit to the chest area, but it didn't seem like something that could injure him that bad. Fell over like a heart attack.

Good possibility. Not a doctor obviously but a hit like that could mess up his sinus rhythm (hypothesising)

Happened at my high school years ago. 18 year old kid collapsed on the field, went into cardiac arrest. Never got up.

You only do CPR if someone isn't breathing so yeah, beyond bad. Was he hit in the chest at all? Regardless, I really hope everything turns out ok and that it's just a major scare.

You can’t move forward with this game tonight unless they find out he is alive and conscious. The game requires violence and if you can’t go out there 100% focused you can get someone else injured.

When he made the tackle it was a pretty hard hit to his own chest
