On recruiting abilities from USM Scout MOD:

He is a closer when it comes to recruiting. *At Southern Miss, he had to nab a lot of JuCo guys and several transfers because he needed some immediate help. *His goal is to build with high school guys though. *

Prospects talk about how much he cares for them as people, and not just what they can do on the basketball court. *If he gets a kid on campus, he can close as well as anyone I've ever seen. *

He also has connections all over the country. *We had a few players on the roster from New York, California, and one from a JuCo in Wyoming.
