Said his entire staff is coming with him but might not be in the same roles. One thing that I really liked is he said this May he will have graduated 21 of the 22 seniors hes coached.

Sounds like he may try to hire a top notch recruiter/assistant coach with a lot of connections in the state of TN. Not a bad idea at all IMO.

I believe the feeling is a couple of his guys from USM could be brought to UT in "another capacity" and won't be considered an "assistant". I think he does intend to hire a new assistant or 2.

Thanks for linking that. Seems to be fair to both sides. pretty well locked in for 4 and more than likely 5 years. Good starting point. Now he needs to go win and make them modify the comp/buy out upwards.

Tyndall definitely doesn't strike me as a "super cool" guy. Which honestly probably means that he has had to work double hard to get where he is. He even flashed some self deprecation in his press conference, referencing his lack of outward appeal and how he still reeled in his fiancee. He's going to be an easy target for opposing fans. I have a feeling we will turn on him quick if his teams don't play well. I hope Richardson buys in early. If he does I think the whole team will follow and we could surprise some people next year.

We also have a 5 star in Hubbs who could blossom. He is the real deal I've watched him several times in high school. Hope he breaks out next yr.
