So I guess I shouldn't try to video anymore of my sexual encounters or will be called assault? Geez. It doesn't sound like rape or anything. So it's ok for the girl to be a HO, as long as it isn't on video. That constitutes ASSAULT? I have a law background(family) and that just doesn't sound right to me. Of course I wasn't there and it could be WAY worse in the details and testimony. But I do think it could set a dangerous precedent in that a woman may think it is sexy to video at the time, then feel guilty, and then file assault charges. Women get the benefit of the doubt in sex cases. I would like to read the testimony of what ACTUALLY happened. Anybody else want to chime in on this? I certainly don't advocate anything in which a woman says no.

I think the article was just mentioning the video part, not saying that was the reason for the assault charges.

Yeah I can see that. The way they word it as a "sexual encounter" makes it seem like a mutual good time.

Heck, there were plenty of times in the last two years I thought Lane was better than Neal.

What was keeping him out anyway?

Ya Lane has always been better than Neal, on the field at least. Every single game last year Lane looked better to me.

Agreed. If Lane can stay healthy and out of trouble, he's primed for a big year. Hurd is icing on the cake this year.

Watch the games where they play against decent competition.

Watch the game vs USC. He had about a 50% completion percentage, but he looked bad in that game. If you need a link, Ill help ya out.

Lane overall is the better back. Have a feeling he has a chip on his shoulder and will ball out this year.

Neal played better than Lane in the UGA game. Neal's best game ever IMO.

Watch some of their film. Their o line is terrible and I expect Maggitt to make some noise.

I'll take one if you got it.

I really just watched one of his highlights on youtube. He just looks like he has good size, speed and arm strength. Didn't they almost beat Auburn the year after Cam Newton? Granted, that team wasn't very good. But still. They gave them a scare.

The crowd will be nuts that game, and I think we'll be ready for them. But we're gonna be young. It just makes me a bit nervous.

I wouldn't be shocked or anything if we beat Utah State by 4 touchdowns or more. But I also wouldn't be shocked if they're still in the game in the 4th quarter.

Yes POA you were. Im guessing it's why Stoops has been using Tennessee when bragging about his OOC schedule. He knows butch don't take no jive.

What stinks is both OU and Bama won't be sleeping on us. They will each try to slaughter us to outshine each other, since we're their only common opponent. Be like Oregon and Bama last year. Those are tough games.

Tennessee can win the game if Hurd is Gurley-like. He will need to be a phenomenal freshman standout. I Think our D can thrive with confidence against OU but once they start second guessing, they'll give up big plays. Oregon is a different animal. We match up better against an OU than an Oregon.

Of course with Hurds success comes the success of our Oline playing as a cohesive unit in the system. They don't have to be elite, just solid and we have a chance. Tennessee is behind the eight ball in terms of perceived team talent but so was Boise. So was OU to Bama. So was Louisville to Florida.

I don't think Bama will care more because of OU. They'll get their shot in the playoffs if they want to prove superiority and at that point in the season, I don't think Bama will think about common opponents. In fact, I doubt Bama will even think about OU between the first and last regular season game.

For those that don't use the twitters or visit the BB forum, Detrick Mostella was just cleared by the NCAA to play. Huge for Tyndall and the basketball team.
