I heard on the radio earlier Bajakian said that 64 or 84 balls hit the ground yesterday. Wasnt paying attention totally so if anyone knows the exact number but it sounded bad. hmy:

89 is fast, the WRs look very good as a group. The QBs need to calm down and just make the throws. Jenkins looks good too. I really think this is the deepest WR group we've had in a long time. These QBs need to get their minds right and stop pressing.

I don't know, if you were really wanting a starter named 4 days into camp I'm not sure what to tell you.

In many cases there is no QB battle. It's obvious coming into the season. Worley clearly has the "best" record of anyone on the team but is still being put through a "battle". From practice and camp reports he's supposedly our best passer too. That doesn't always happen. Bray wasn't in some magical battle with Worley that I can recall. Maybe he should have been.

I think what makes people nervous is because we heard all spring-summer long how much improvement there has been in Worley and Dobbs. How hard they have worked. The camps, the QB gurus, Manning's etc. And the first glimpse you have looks about like last year. Maybe there is more velocity on the ball but the accuracy issues seem about the same. Throwing against air and overthrowing or making receiver reach up or behind to catch the balls. Just makes people uneasy. At least it does me. But as you said, it is only the third practice. And on the Hubbs video, it looked like in the segment against the DB's that they were running the same routes over and over so maybe the DB's were playing the play instead of the player. Hard to say. Just hope we see some improvement soon.

We are gonna be fine at qb. Our offense is all about timing. Once the receivers and the qb know where the ball is going and when, it will all come together. The coaches explained last year that each play the qb throws to a spot and the recievers have not been getting there. All about timing and getting off blocks.
