Today was a bad practice. Players believing the hype.

No worries though. It will be okay.

What hype? No one believes in them but us and even we say '6-6' is all we can hope for. Is there something I'm missing on that? Somewhere outside of Knoxville and the greater Volnation that's hyping this team up?

At any rate, I think Jones is gonna be hard on this team because they're young and they must grow up fast to have a chance no matter how talented they are and kinda see these past two practices as a part of that. If they get too big of a head they'll stop progressing and we need all of them to keep on progressing.

Honestly I think this no media thing was completely calculated and planned in advance. Everything CBJ does has thought and reason behind it, and I think he was trying to light a fire under the team going into the first full pads practice. For all we know he decided to do it before camp even started.

I am very hopeful the departure of Carson is the bad news I posted about the other night.

I wasn't given a name only details of a "silly season" incident.

If Carson was the culprit those details likely with never come out(which we don't need public) since it will appear a bad player and coaching staff just parted ways!

Yep. And I still haven't heard Butch talk to this year's team about how they are going to have to "overachieve." He said that all fall last year when bad practices happened. He knows he has talent now, just needs to get them all on the same page. Going to be a fun year.

Quick opinion on struggles at practice...its early...a lot of new guys....our lines will be fine....defense will be better...middle to upper half of league which is an improvement...I think ut can win as many as ten and as little as two....gonna b a fun team to watch....speed speed speed...can't wait!
