For the talent they have 6-2 is good. It’s not like this is some premiere program we’re talking about. It’s SCjr. If they finish 8-4 their fans will be elated and for year 2 of Muschamp I think it’s a pretty good spot to be in

STILL doesn't mean they are a GOOD team. You can qualify it however you want to. I'm sure their fans are happy.

6-2 might be good for them but that doesn't make them a good team lol. 6-6 is good for Vandy but that doesn't make them a good team. Before the season you were talking about how amazing their offense was gonna be and how they would have a chance to beat Clemson at the end of the year

DO you all actually believe there hasn't been conversations between Currie and several coaches or at least their agents? Florida parting ways with Mac has in no way affected our search. If they get Frost it won't be because we didn't fire Butch earlier.

For the life of me I don't understand why people have such a hard time grasping that.

He talked about flying a plane with a message over Neyland during the game.

Yeah. Gotta make sure you know how much money he has. Planes, famous golf courses and constantly talks about buying scotch for VN posters.

I’ve been trying to believe but it’s just not reeling me in like last time.

The Gruden thread isn’t really even about Gruden. It’s just a catch all thread. I’m not sure if most are completely buying this mit guy or what. You could spend a day in there and never read anything about him. They rip thru threads in no time at all. You could get 20 pages behind in no time.

Like Ron says it’s a lot of fun so I’ve tried to read some of it but it’s just too hard to buy in this time.

Muschamp is maximizing the talent they have. They play smart football. They’re 6-2. Ergo, they are a good team.

Are they Georgia? No but they’re a good football team for what they are.

But yet you scream #firecurrie about stuff that probably isn’t true?

No, about his inaction and letting Butch take us to the worst season in program history while everything is falling apart all around him. I'm saying fire currie over things that I can see and know are true, not message board insiders or speculation.

Their offensive coordinator is a slightly better version of Butch Jones. He’s equally as incompetent when it comes to putting the ball in playmakers hands on a consistent basis. They’re still 6-2 and having a good season for being in year 2 under Muschamp. I backed off on my Clemson remarks btw

Vandy is a good football team for what they are. Kentucky is a really good football team for what they are.

How do you know Currie has the ability to hire or fire without the consent of major boosters?

But that doesn't make them a good team😂 Derek Mason went 6-6 at Vandy last year, was that good for Vandy? Yes. Were they a good team? No lol. There's a huge difference, SoCar isn't a good team.

Before the season you were saying how good they would be and how they could beat Clemson. Not saying how Muschamp would do good for SoCar level talent, huge difference

I know that he is the AD, and hiring and firing and the performance of athletics is laid at his feet. Just like the head coach in football. He takes the responsibility. And when we lose this weekend, its his fault for doing nothing about it.

Who's job is it to find the right coordinators? Muschamp specifically wanted Roper....

Butch,Hart,Kiffin,Dooley,Hamilton, Cheek, Haslams, id like to kick all their asses right now. Then hire Lane to bring Kendall and come do offense.

He said trouble in paradise on Gruden front and Currie had reached out to a coach. All the boosters are gathering and expected to bring the checkbook. I’m obviously just putting pieces of the puzzle together here.

His statement was a little bit confusing to me. He said Currie reached out to another coach..did it sound like he got good news or bad? He wasn't very clear.
