The academic information lines up with what Beaver has been saying for a week now. In order to appease the academic side, they have put together an agreement for a California venture capital firm to invest in research/academics at UT. This will probably only happen if Gruden is named coach because I think it is being put together by the pro-Gruden side.

I do agree with this, but it is a perfect scenario for a true freshman QB. I had someone tell me that it's crazy when a freshman only has to throw 7 times, and you beat UF 42-7. He didn't throw much against us either.

Fromm will be good, but I wonder how much they will drop next year after the losses.

This is my biggest reason that I don’t think UGA can beat Bama. You aren’t gonna run it down Bamas throat and win this game. Fromm better be ready to throw.

It’s not about his posts, it’s about the overall message that gets spread from him to the fans to Currie.

I was looking at this the other day and it turns out that as a research university our spending ranks #111 in the nation. There are multiple sources of revenue for university research, federal dollars usually being the largest, which includes earnings from endowments, donations, and investment from the business community. I found the general breakdown of funding sources from a different article but this is the ranking by the National Science Foundation for university total research spending annually through 2015.

It's just up for interpretation by everyone. The information that he was providing was difficult to make up IMO. His info a week ago lined up with what is now being speculated - that the other high level boosters are making a power play for Gruden and that a California VC firm is involved. Believe it or not but pretty fascinating.

We literally need a manual on how to follow this. I rarely go to that thread because of the speed in which it moves. By the time you read for a few minutes it has jumped 5 or 6 pages.

All his info has panned out so far. Even the info that AV said earlier about a meeting that was different from the BOT meetings were something he said would happen days ago. I’m just waiting for the bottom to fall out because it always does.
