folks, stop trying to justify hiring Mullen because of the geography of where he currently coaches... he's a little above average at best. stop.

Everyone is very upset and concerned about the situation with Antone. If any of you know him you know what an incredible man he is and his love for TN runs to his core. I can assure you all of our opinions have been given and many with a lot of emotion.

Apparently all the former players are letting the administration have it over the Antone saga.

Muschamp is a good coach. Word in Columbia is he has changed significantly. Learned at lot from his failure at Florida.

I understand I certainly could be wrong, none of us have proof one way or the other. But my last point was it's BS even if true. He said "immoral", and "incompetent". If that's really what he believes, shame on all VFLs who knew, for not speaking out before now.

Honestly, I don't believe it's a matter of lie or truth. I believe he's letting his anger get the best of him, joining in on the fun of bashing the coach, and overstating things that have really happened.

This will be the 5th year he wins 8 or more there. 5-2 in bowl games and led MSU to their first ever #1 ranking. In the SEC West. You could count on him probably winning 9 or 10 most years at Tennessee with the occasional 11 or 12 win season. Hard to ask for much more IMO.

I posted earlier that I'm much more concerned about the hire than when the firing takes place.
I also have to admit that I'm ready for this to start, so that I know A change is really coming. Then I have to start all over to believe it will be a true, program changing improvement.
