Going to be a very interesting weekend in Starkville. If I had to bet, I’d say this will be the final quarter Mullen coaches at Mississippi State. Things will move fast.

After hearing names like Petersen and Patterson being thrown around, and for that matter, Frost.....Mullen seems a bit underwhelming at this point

I will not accept what I believe is a safe mediocre hire. It isn't going to change anything, but I am not going to get on board with it just because I'm a loyal Vol and I have too. That is B.S. and I'm calling it for what it is imo, until proved otherwise. I have no problem eating crow.

Then you're going to have to learn to unplug a bit. I do not see the leadership we have getting the program to the highest level.

We aren’t getting Patterson. We missed the boat on that. He will finish his career at TCU. I can’t see Petersen coming here. Mullen will be fine here. He lost his QB tonight and top of losing his top 2 or 3 receivers before this game. Y’all need to chill and stop being so reactionary

He's had multiple opportunities to leave lol. It's not like winning programs haven't been interested

Gonna have to say something here. MSU was #9 in the nation in Total D until tonight. They are having breakdowns in the secondary for a handful of big plays. They got tired, as our D would do, from the O turning the ball over and having 3 and outs.

Throwing “Brohm contact” in their makes me think smoke screen. I’ve been off the Gruden train all week but I find it hard to believe Brohm is still in consideration after the season they have had.

We’ll be a lock for a bowl game each year. So we’ll have that at least. But we’ll never beat Alabama or win the SEC. 10-2 ceiling.
