Thats what I think. It's the sucky name that's leaked out there to soften the blow of other names.

What’s he saying?

I mentioned part of it above, but mainly around the apparent blackballing of former Tennessee coaches and players for staff positions. He thinks that it’s an overreaction from former “inbred” practices where only Tennessee boys were wanted but now it’s swung too much the other direction. Get some people in that will show the Tennessee pride to these young men.

He also says next coach will not inherit a good team, they’re not a team; but there are some excellent pieces that a new coach will have to develop into a team.

Look at Oregon, they are better on offense than us Year 1 compared Year 5 under that other guy.

We are in pretty darn good shape (regarding the roster). The new coach doesn't have to tear this down to rebuilt it.

He's insane then. Our lines are pathetically soft and weak for SEC play (minus Trey Smith and maybe 1-2 more)
