You're way off on Brohm. I get you're upset, we all are, but Brohm is a helluva coach. So is Morris.

The worry I have and I told you this before is he has only one year at a p5 school. Was it lightning in a football or is he that good. Gundy has 13 of consistent success. Morris has 3 years and took one of the worst teams in cfb worse than purdue and they improved every year.

I really believe that this hire will be stopgap hire. We'll be doing this again in 4-5 years. That's why Les Miles makes sense to me. Let him do to football what Barnes has done to basketball.

For some insane reason, Les isn't being considered. Might as well let that dream die.

I think Ziti is right in that just about anyone we hire is getting fired in 4-5 years.

The question to me is whether the guy we hire will be palatable in the meantime (will he at least win a couple decent games a year and not get his nuts kicked in by Vandy and Kentucky) and whether the roster will fall to MAC level by the time he's out.

I’m kind of inclined to become a Washington fan. Cool area, Petersen is an easy coach to pull for, always liked their colors. Food for thought

I wanted Mullen, but that didn't work out.
