I see a lot of negative remarks regarding this Titans front office and their ability to draft. Any thoughts on why people feel this way? Why do you post here then?

It's obviously not to take part in reasonable discussions. You're like Bamawriter. You both have alarm bells that go off when someone mentions anything remotely negative about your team, and you show up like clockwork to deflect any and all criticism.

Im all for reasonable discussion.


Pointing out that UF took a 2* with FAU offer wasn't about reasonable discussion it was a flame. My response was CBJ took a player with smaller offers.

We should be allowed to trash our rivals without our rivals pointing out our own faults on our own fan board. You are a good poster but you should know that we are gonna trash UF. If you want to trash UT you should do it on a gator site where it belongs. Otherwise I actually like most of what you bring to the board on Florida HS kids and the general football discussion. :hi:

Till you accept that seeing UF with 9 commits with 7 of them being 3* and one a 2* is really unusual and a bad sign, you won't get the point of my post.

It was very far from a flame, just a true observation that I can't believe this is what Coach Mac is putting together at this point in the 2016 class.

Can't be worried this early. Fans should be worried if we are taking 3* after missing on the 4-5*. If we are taking them, this early its clearly a reason. Either for depth or our staff believe they are better than the recruiting services. These kids arent scaring anyone. Either the progress as players or get processed before NSD.


Look back two cycles ago at the early takes from Jimbo : Adrian Baker, Michael Johnson, Jojo Robinson, Blake McClain, Maquedius Bain, Ryan Sousa... none signed with FSU.



And yes I can believe it with only 6 months on job and 1 hold over from previous staff. The recruiting board is different for the most part. Sure top talent is the same but we have offers out in Tx, Al and La that Muschamp never made. Its a process and these early takes don't bother me after seeing the players this staff develop into NFL picks.
