Jumping to conclusions.

I don't hate Lebron. I was just refuting the statement that MJ won titles with more talent against worse competition.

I actually got that vibe, I just wanted my point out in one post. Your argument is fair :hi:

I am actually rooting for Cleveland. I find myself doing that for teams that have been written off.

If Lebron can take this bunch (minus 2 starters) he will get much more love from the MJ crowd.

Lebron is starting to make guys around him better. For example the bearded no-name Australian. That's been a knock on his career IMO. MJ made stars out of guys like BJ Armstrong and Steve Kerr.

What is the deal with the NFL and this wide receiver u or running back u and it is all based on draft selection in the last 15 years. They have Auburn at number three with Ben Tate and Ronnie Brown when Tennessee has had Jamaal Lewis and Arian Foster. Tennessee isn't even on the top 10 list for running backs. Even though we've had a 2000 yard rusher in the league and the leading rusher in Arian Foster

Cannot make myself care about the NFL or NBA any more. They are bloated, hyped caricatures of what they used to be in my book. I can handle about 2 minutes of an NBA game with 6 guys standing around outside while a two on two happens with grabbing, hacking and shoving - nah. Same with the NFL, although I watch it a little longer before becoming bored or sleepy. Rules about rules to make sure those rules are followed while guys on offense tackle defensive guys and if anybody breathes on the chosen there is a flag thrown. Mercenaries for hire in both sports with no real team allegiance by ownership, coaches, or players. Not my idea of entertainment any more. The only team pro sport I care about is MLB and most on here would rather watch paint dry than see even an inning of that.

Even with collegiate sports becoming more money hungry, it is still the best deal around IMO. When UT versus UA or UF in football; or UT versus UK in basketball ceases to interest me I will know it is time to move to the retirement home for regular bingo parties. What am I saying, I even love UT versus Austin Peay.

I'd whine too if I kept being compared to MJ's elite teams winning finals over average teams compared to me carrying Tennesse School for the Blind to the finals multiple times and beating great teams and losing a few as well.

Don't get me wrong. Lebron is an amazing basketball player and he makes his teams better no matter where he plays. I just get a little turned off when he "expects" the refs to just take his word that he was fouled and then gets that look on his face like he can't believe that they didn't believe him. I still hope the Cavs win this series. My mom's family is from Cleveland and I know they are all rooting for the Cavs.

3/6 teams in CWS are from the SEC.

Gonna have to root for TCU.

Just can't root for vandy, gators or hogs.

TCU-Texas A&M was phenomenal. Went 15 innings and was anything but boring. Was rooting for TAMU so that 4/6 teams would be from SEC (just another sport for our conference to dominate)... Since they could not get it done, will have to root for the horned frogs.

But every single NBA player does that, it isn't really a rare occurence.

He has elite anticipation/footwork/acceleration for a 4.8-4.9 40 guy.. It's crazy and fun to watch

How is Dobbs considered a 4.8-4.9 guy when he was in the top group of the "Tennespeed" drill and finished really close to Malik Foreman? He has to be faster than that. He's competing with Kamara and Foreman and Sutton.
