So being drunk is an excuse to knee someone, shove, and close fist punch someone? I have read a lot of opinions on this. And the ONLY people I read to put any remote of the blame on the female (initial aggressor) was the LSU fan page. Whatever charges johnson gets tagged with, she should get the same. The both punched each other. Him hitting her harder isn't the point. Its putting your hands on another person. This isn't any better than 2 men or 2 women fighter one another.
I saw it differently. I saw him try to cut in front of her to get a drink. She was holding her ground and wondering what his problem was. He then grabbed her wrist hard enough to make her start screaming and trying to push him away. She finally tried to hit him to get him to let go and he cold cocked her.
Maybe I'm seeing things.
If they want equality then they get equality. Don't hit someone without expecting it back.
You'd be surprised at the strength of a lot of women. In general, a man should not assault a woman because it's wrong. If some woman is whomping on me, I'm not taking it like a sissy.
And of the comments on seen on here thus far I haven't seen anyone talk about her kneeing him, he bumping him with the hip, showing a fist (which caused him to grab he wrist so she couldn't hit him, and the actual punch) he's NOT the only one at fault here people.
No one said he's the only one at fault. We're saying, there was ZERO REASON FOR HIM TO PUNCH HER. He is a college athlete squaring up on a woman. It's disgusting.
Everything is supposed to be equal until someone that has a vagina wants to throw a free punch. I don't agree with what the guy did but I can't view this girl as a victim at all. If this were another guy we would be saying he deserved to get his tail kicked even if he were physically smaller than the guy he punched. I'm just kind of sick of the double standard. No one should physically abuse another person then expect nothing to happen afterwards.
