Drinking on a school night was a given when I was in college. Drinking and Tennessee football would have been the greatest weekday in history.

A. It is for recruiting, having the game in Atlanta. As you know, that's a hot bed for us.

B. There's plenty to gain there. Like, you know, a win. Who gives a damn if they run a unique offense. Our D will be able to ramrod any offensive style by then

Plenty to gain. We recruit GA harder than any other non in state set of prospects. Nice pitch to those kids that they can play in the home town NFL stadium by coming to TN while UGA isn't even playing there. They know can also pitch to kids how many venues they play at. This yr its Titans, next Bristol, then Falcons and then Panthers.

If your going to play GA tech, the best time to play them is game 1 or the bowl game. Plenty of time to prepare for the option in the offseason.

A. Could we not play another opponent in the Geogia Dome?

B. Not worried about winning, more worried about 1st team pre season All American Khalil McKenzie getting a blown knee in the game.

C. All I am saying is there are better opponents for the risk/reward here.

Not to mention the game is on a Monday night and we will be breaking in a new QB that game for his first career start

So we shouldn't play certain teams in fear of them blowing their knees? I've heard it all now

People blow their knees out in non contact drills in practice, but we shouldn't play Georgia Tech because it may or may not happen

UGA plays GA Southern and then at Georgia Tech this yr back to back. Are they complaining about this? That wont be fun though i gotta admit lol.
