Agree. He is going to have to go outside his normal schedule to get more tourneys under his belt with the changes he has made. Sounds like he hits it beautifully on the range, but can't take it to the course. He should have signed up for this week, when he saw he was going to most likely miss the cut at the Open.

Lie is always flat and perfect on the range. I realize he has to manage his back and knees and try to stay healthy, plus he has kids (lots of tour players do). He always seemed to do so well when he played a number of tournaments prior to the majors and peaked at the right time. Now he just plays 1 or 2 tournaments before a major and just never seems to have the rhythm and timing to win...or even make the cut anymore.

No I did not. In the original statement, I said Malik Foreman is one of the most underrated athletes on the team by fans.

You're bringing up opinion POLLS. "Average fan" isn't going to be gauged by that. Since his recruitment, his athleticism has been the calling card of his scouting report. Never heard an opinion about him on this board that didn't appreciate that aspect. For whatever reason, he hasn't glowed as a player thus far but even when that's debated, the caveat of his being a great athlete comes up. If your impossible to achieve poll was to be conducted right now, his recent fastest clocking would be top of mind...prolly skew your results. But I'll go ahead and bet a million that you're wrong. :)

I would say from those results that the answers are more PLAYER than athlete? You think they thought Barnett and JRM could outrun Foreman? :hmm:

KMac may (and probably will) turn out to be a beast. But to call a freshman who hasn't even been through an SEC practice let alone a single play in SEC football the best athlete on D is just plain silly.

Well...it was a RECENT scientific poll...by recent I mean 15 minutes ago. :)

I think a lot of people don't understand that best athlete =/= best player.

Did y'all know that the team can't just be a year older, but that it needs to be a year better?

We really need to come up with a Butch Jones interview drinking game. He's like Mexican food when he gives an interview. It's the same 10 things every time, just in a different order.

"Particular individual"
"Goals, dreams, aspirations"
"Standards and expectations"

There are so many more.
