Moultrie (Ga.) Colquitt County linebacker Ja'Quain Blakely has scholarship offers from across the region but two programs have begun to separate from the pack.

Ja'Quain Blakely has Florida and Tennessee on top "I'm liking Tennessee and I'm liking Florida. As of now those two would be my top two," Blakely said.

"Florida, it's a real good school. Coach (Geoff) Collins and I really hit it off when I went. They're just a real good. They're not too far away from home. They're on the uprise. It would be a good fit for me.

"Tennessee, it's a nice place. I really enjoyed it when I went up. It's just real nice. I feel like it would also be a good fit for me."

In addition to having a top two, Blakely also knows a few factors will weigh heavily when it comes to making his college decision.

"Team chemistry is a big key - how well the coaches and the players get along is a real big key," Blakely said. "I want to go to a successful program coming out of Colquitt County. We love to win and I want to go to a program that's a winning program."

When will he decide?

Right now, he's trying to figure out how he wants to handle the decision making process.

"I don't really know when," Blakely said. "I'm kind of debating on the end of the summer or the end of the season. I'm not really sure though."

He currently does not have any other unofficial visit plans on his summer schedule, and he does not have any official visit plans either."

Speaking of Colquitt County....

Colquitt County star RB TyKerious “Grump” Jones charged with murder | USA Today High School Sports | USA Today High School Sports

The starting RB and two players off of last year's state champion team charged with murder. Several others involved as well.

From his point, Labor Day is only a 1 day holiday. Classes would resume on Tuesday morning.

Have to be smart and not schedule any 8am Tuesday classes.

I'm really excited for that GT game. Only game on TV and playing in a brand new NFL stadium in a recruiting hot bed.

Also the guy who trained me at work is a GT alum.

I remember reading a Cincy fan's thoughts on Butch shortly after he accepted the Tennessee job.

There was no love lost there, but his biggest criticism was that Butch was the biggest phony of all time and that he was a snake oil salesman because of his cliches and his robotic coach speak.

I think that given the context of Butch's brief tenure at Cincy and that he seemingly only maintained the status quo after Brian Kelly, that fan was probably justified in believing that at the time, but it's clear that Butch knows he stands to gain virtually nothing by doing media appearances other than simply plugging the program.

There are a lot of coaches who let their egos do the talking when they get a microphone in front of their faces, but Butch never strays off topic.

I imagine he will loosen up considerably once he establishes himself in the conference and has a roster that can go toe-to-toe with any in the country, but right now he's just trying to sell the program and playing time to recruits. No reason to go off the cuff or off message.

I jokingly called his method the Butch-Bot 3000, but I have zero issue with how he handles the media. Uses it as a simple tool and moves along to more important things.

Georgia just got a wr commit not named Davis or Hardman. I assume the more they get the better our chances with those two become but I have no idea how many they plan to take. Does anyone?

Coach Jones: "So how mad were you when Dwayne Goodrich picked off a pass to Peter Warrick to score a 54 yard TD giving UT a 14-0 lead in the NC?"

Coach Richt: "...I guess you could say it was the first time I lost control..."

Hey guys... Quick question. Buying some tickets for Oklahoma and Georgia. Normally set in section O every year with season tickets but not going to be able to this year. Anyone ever set in FF row 15-25. That about what's in my price range for these two. Thanks!

Should Be good seats. Not completely in the end zone. Good view of jumbotron and field.

Charles Davis bumped up to calling NFL games this year for Fox. He will be part of their 3rd team with Thom Brennam(spelling may be incorrect)... Movin on up
