If so and charges are dropped this kid doesn't deserve to be let go UNLESS those other arrest we heard about are true

One more thing that just doesn't make sense to me - apparently there was a witness. So, Johnson is in a bedroom with a girl and thinking she will have sex with him. An eyewitness is also there and tells the police what was going on. Sounds like the AJ situation again.

Did I miss something? Is it now a trend to have sex in front of someone else?

The choking happened while they were "play fighting".

It happened at my frat house where the chick wanted to rough house and she eventually got put in a headlock, which choked her. He didn't mean to and apologized for it. She never went to police and of course we didn't prevent her from leaving. That seems to be the difference here.

My god!! I woke up and said let's see who's been arrested this time in jest! This is a freaking nightmare. These guys need to be locked up for the rest of the off season since they can't seem to handle themselves. Is this the player GFW was alluding to or is that going to be another media storm for us coming soon?

I think someone misread the arrest record. Was looking at another person. I looked and found nothing.

He must be out now. I looked last night and he was listed as an inmate but this morning he is no longer listed. Last night all the charges were attributed to this one incident.

I'm tired of parsing through arrest reports and re-learning the legal process every offseason. And always weird sex stuff. At least give me more Andrew Butcher type arrests if it is going to happen. That's all I ask.

I thought GFW said the news yesterday wasn't a key player? I think given our DT depth or lack thereof , this is very key so are we expecting some more player news? God I don't know how much more Vol fans can take. Right before what is supposed to be our championship run year, of course!

I'll be curious to see if he is reinstated if the charges are dropped. Unfortunately I think we may have entered a period where due process is gone and an accusation equals dismissal.

If this kids is innocent he damn sure should sue if dismissed

Johnson was a new recruit, shouldn't be an indictment against Tennessee. He will be sent packing.

Unfortunately, people like crowder can go their entire lives without getting caught. In addition to their perversion, in general they also seem to be very good keeping things hidden

These things have always been there. With the instant media now, if discovered, lots more air play

This stuff is by no means exclusive to the Vols. It feels much worse to us because it affects Tennessee.

That being said, if my daughter was involved...the authorities might not ever find the perpetrator.
