I'll be curious to see if he is reinstated if the charges are dropped. Unfortunately I think we may have entered a period where due process is gone and an accusation equals dismissal.
Reminds me of the Paulk situation. Charges got dropped but we couldn't bring him back because, at the time, the media was looking to put to the sword anybody whose name came up in the same sentence as domestic violence.
Same here IMO. Even if the charges are dropped, I don't think you can keep him because of the current climate around UT. It would be seen as proof positive of this damned lawsuit.
I hate this. All you have to do take away a man's rights is point the finger... That's all the media needs. They don't care about truth; they care about ratings, and the public eats it up.
