The four game (FL, GA, Tamu, Bama) Back to back to back to back schedule is what will get us. We win 2 and lose 2 imo

Nothing gonna happen.Running game and defense win in this conference. We are gonna be very good at both.Throw in our special teams and its gonna be lighta out for all 4 of them. This is the first season in about 10 years that I have no fear about any game on our schedule.

Presumably he rented it in Bama to drive up? I'd be amazed if that was his car.

I'm not saying that's his driving around as Joey Freshwater car. Think there is a KIA plant in Alabama. Could see them giving the university some cars as part of the "official car of the Tide" kind of thing.

Two Hyundai/Kia plants Bama. One of the states largest employers.

Bingo! How long has it been since we could say that? Too long!

Alabama doesn't win every year.

I think they take a step back this year.

And a step back for Alabama is 10-2.

I'm not debating them playing in Atl. My statement is about which team has more talent on roster. Bama without question is most talented team in league. Their issue is at QB and that may cost them a chance to repeat as NC. So I agree that 10-2 is very possible.

I feel like Bama's fanbase has essentially reached the point where winning a NC is expected and anything less is a huge disappointment. That fanbase is going to absolutely meltdown when they hire the next guy and he posts back to back 9-3 seasons or something equally "good but not great."

Saban is easily the best CFB coach of all time and the next guy, no matter who it is, won't even come close to matching his success. One of my high school friends is a Bama fan and actually has a realistic perspective on it and said that he knows it's not going to last forever and is just trying to appreciate the run while it lasts, but I think a huge percentage of their fans will lose their minds once they start trending downward, whether it happens under an aging Saban's watch or happens under the next guy.

Injuries are going to dictate how many wins we have this year. I would love for UT to win every game this year. The talent level is there but so is the injury bug. Just look at how many guys were out for spring practice.

Just trying to keep it real.

Read this post with an Italian accent.
Awesome that the Cosa Nostra is backing the Big Orange...
Our opponents will look like they're wearing cement cleats compared to our team speed :hi:

Derek Barnett and Evan Berry were named to the Ronnie Lott award watchlist. Really surprised Sutton or JRM weren't on it.

Tennessee has had more than one player not receive his due accolades. Politics has a lot to do with it. The prettiest girl does not always win Miss America either. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Especially interesting since Berry hasn't seen too much PT on defense yet and our starters look to be Gaulden and Kelly at Safety.

Disagree. I think LSU and Tennessee are more talented.

Just look back to the 2014 Sugar Bowl with Ohio State. At the time we all thought Alabama was more talented cause they always have the #1 recruiting class. However, in 2013, Ohio State's #2 rated class turned out to be a lot better than Alabama and showed it that night by how badly they outplayed them.

And then we saw in the draft 2 weeks ago just how much better Ohio State's 2013 class was than Alabama. Ohio State had 4 guys from that class go in the first round while Alabama had 0 (Henry and Robinson were Alabama's 2 best players from the 2013 class and both went in the 2nd round). Ohio State added Von Bell in the 2nd.

So if you go by the first 2 rounds, 5 Ohio State players were drafted from the 2013 class while only 2 Alabama players from that same class went in the first 2 rounds.

Just goes to show there isn't much difference between classes in the top 5.

Look back at the 2013 and 2014 classes. Tennessee and LSU have produced more good players if those classes are lower rated.

Tennessee and LSU are more talented than Alabama in 2016.
