There's a 0% chance we dropped a kid for anything other than grades/crime after he signed an LOI. That's one less kid we can sign next year, which is ALWAYS important, no matter how good your roster is.

We only have 12-13 seniors on the roster. We will lose a few more to the draft but I doubt we will be signing 28-30 guys next year

Trent Dilfer on Tennessee's new enrollee QB Jarrett Guarantano: “He’s got everything you could ever want.”

@michaelwbratton

Just like Kaepernick. Expect I think this kid actually has a better throwing motion.

Guarantano will be a star here. Worthy successor to Dobbs.

Jim Grobe has a really strong reputation as a coach and having good integrity. Exactly the face man that Baylor needs right now. They'll likely give him the year to clean the culture up then pass the job off to a young up and coming coach to take them back to next level.

He loved Dobbs coming out too right? Didn't he call Dobbs and Ferguson the best duo of incoming QB's in the country or something?

I'm super curious to see how Riley develops at Memphis this year.

Ok thanks for making it seem like a reasonable thing to do Because I wasn't seeing it

This whole Henderson thing could be very, very bad for us potentially. Especially if it turns out that Butch intentionally led Henderson to signing even thoughhe knew he couldn't just because he likes humiliating and misleading teenagers. I don't know if that will turn out to be true or not, but it would out to be bad if it was.

Heard he also punched Henderson in the gut while telling him he couldn't play here.

Both are Baptist colleges. That's the only link I know of.

Pretty sure Wake Forest separated from the Baptist Church. I visited there about 20 years ago, and I think they had already done it. The campus is beautiful but is separated from the city. They made a decision to put a bar on campus so that kids wouldn't go into the city and drink and then drive back.

So...Tee Higgins puts out his new top 5 in order and we are on top. Jacoby Stevens releases his top 7 and pushes back his commitment date.

Hmmmmmmm....got me thinking good things.

2008-2010 on this website was an absolute crap show.

Everyday was like an emotional roller coaster it felt like. LOL, then we just settled into 4 years of depression after that till the Jalen Hurd commitment boom woke everyone up and realized there was hope again.

You should have been here around the end of cpf's career.

#1 2018 WR Jalen Hall wants to Visit Tennessee

Four-star wide receiver Jalen Hall, considered the consensus top wide receiver and a top-10 player overall nationally in the 2018 recruiting class, told 247Sports that he wants to “get to Tennessee at some point” for a visit.

“I’ve been interested in them for a while, and now that I have the offer, I want to check them out,” Hall said.

Hall, who will be a junior at Los Angeles Hawkins this fall, already has 28 offers, including one from the Volunteers. Other SEC schools who have offered are Auburn, Florida, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, South Carolina and Texas A&M.

“Tennessee is really cool. I like the uniforms and the program,” Hall said. “I’ve only talked to the coaches a little bit, but the school intrigues me. I want to get down there because I don’t know too much about the school yet, so that’s why I’m trying to get there. I want to get to know the wide receivers coach, head coach and all that.”

Hall is at least the second 2018 L.A.-area prospect who has recently expressed a desire to visit Tennessee. Four-star running back T.J. Pledger said last week that he, too, is planning a trip to the school.

Hall (6 feet 3, 186 pounds) has a combined 2,191 receiving yards and 18 touchdowns on 112 receptions through his first two seasons of high school football. He went over the 1,000-yard mark receiving in each of the two seasons.
