I believe that was a different WR.
They had a tall senior.

You might be right. I looked up his highlight film against Riverdale and there was a bunch of him blocking. Vol lock LOL

The other kid was catching everything and taking it to the house

Wonder if Stanford will have a civil lawsuit soon with their new scandal. Picture of the student is much different looking than his mug shot that was just released. His sentence was a joke. Tennessee never did anything remotely similar to that or Baylor.

What? Did Stanford try and cover it up? If not they are not attached. Honestly people use some common sense.

I'm getting a kick out of all the "Oh yeah...Eason...instant impact, instant star" rub they're getting.

Been a while since I've seen the media dismiss a QB being a true freshman like they are.

All of the hype about various redshirt freshman QBs like Manziel and others confused the issue. Not once was he described as a RS Freshman but instead just as a freshman because that hyped the Heisman victory up even more. So I really think the difference between a redshirt freshman and true freshman has been erased in the popular mindset.

Instead, people think that a freshman is a freshman is a freshman but it's just not so. Just look at Drew Lock at Mizzou last year. I believe the kid does have talent and can really develop into a good QB but he was forced to play in a really cruddy offense wayyy too soon and him being a true freshman showed big time. Hell just look at Dobbs his true freshman year - we saw talent there but not someone developed enough to be expected to lead the team had an upperclassmen been available. He was a true freshman and the difference between him his true fresh year and his sophomore (RS Fresh. year for most) was tremendous.

Did we try to cover anything up? No. The Title IX lawsuit is all about having a "rape culture" whatever that means. Having a case here and there over the course of numerous years is not a culture to me...it's a happenstance. Baylor on the other hand has created an environment for it to be a culture, because not only do they cover it up, but they let the guilty parties walk free with no punishment.

All 4 games will be 3:30 on CBS.

Could certainly happen depending on our season.

UF vs UT is a given. Next best game that day is Ole Miss vs UGA, but UF vs UT is a much stronger matchup as both teams are extremely likely to be undefeated, whereas UGA and Ole Miss could both already have a loss.

UT vs UGA is a given as well, even if we lose to UF. VERY weak SEC slate that day. Next best game is LSU vs Missouri or A&M vs South Carolina. So two in a row for sure.

vs A&M is a tougher call because LSU vs Florida is the same day, as is Alabama vs Arkansas. If we beat UF, we get the CBS 3:30 game. If we lose to UF, LSU vs Florida gets it. Wildcard would be Arkansas having a hot start to the season and their matchup with Bama having a lot of intrigue and A&M being utterly terrible.

And TSIO's only competition is Ole Miss vs Arkansas.

So we will get 5 OTA broadcast games this year: week 2, week 4, week 5, week 6, and week 7.

Should be pretty easy to guess the next 4 or 5 too.

Florida - 3:30 CBS
@Georgia - 3:30 CBS or 7-8 ESPN
@A&M - ESPN Night
Bama - 3:30 CBS

Gotta be doing really well to have 3 CBS games in 4 weeks. Don't they get first dibs at picking SEC games?

No they won't. Wrong again.

We'll be undefeated when we play Florida, Georgia, A&M, and Alabama. So will Florida, Georgia, A&M, and Alabama. Till we give them that first L.

We'll have 5 primetime regular season games (3:30 CBS/8:00 ABC). And then the SEC championship game.
