Only way they score 20 on us is we turn the ball over and give them a short field multiple times. If we protect the ball and make them drive the length of the field, I think we hold them under 10.

Agreed. Our offense is gonna be good this year but our defense is gonna be flat out nasty. I think very few teams will score over 20 on us. Maybe Bama but I don't see another team that can.

I really hope they utilize him as more than just a return man. Maybe his hamstring is keeping the coaches from doing too much with him at the moment.

How was he not an All-American?

105 tackles, 6 sacks, 14 TFLs, 2 forced fumbles, 2 fumble recoveries, and 4 pass breakups and he's 2nd team All-SEC and not in the conversation as an AA? I knew he had a great season last year but never actually looked at his stats. What an absolute joke.

There are several guys that should've have gotten at least 2nd team honors. Hey. They are 1st Team Volunteers and that's a much higher honor in my book!

Not bad for a frosh in HS especially for a safety. I came into HS at around that same 40 time. By senior year, I was running a 4.65. Lifting weights and practicing running goes a long way.

Or they could have gone the Bama route and handled discipline "internally".

This is the second time he's been suspened atleast and yet only gonna miss one game vs a trash school haha

But then again it may actually be more. He will still play against us though.
