I personally think Hart did a great job at TN. United the AD's, made them fiscally sound again, helped get TN football healthy and headed in the right direction, improved facilities, ect.

He had his blunders for sure but overall I give him a B grade for his tenure. Following a solid F by Hamilton he did well to me.

I want one of these 4 as a replacement and I won't accept anyone else!

Peyton Manning
Phillip Fulmer
Charles Davis
David Blackburn

Hard didn't do a bad job while at UT. I do think baseball though has been neglected bigtime during his time here. The baseball team has fallen off badly in the past few years. There just wasn't enough resources put into the baseball program. Hopefully that will change with the new AD. Thanks

It's Hall. He had knee surgery today. Will be out "a while."

Are you confirming that it's Hall & a knee injury? When you say a while is it mideseason before a return or possible before if you know? Thanks!

Have been digging this morning and I don't believe this to be a season ending injury. Hall had picked back up the pace in recent days, but it is/was going to be tough to overtake Kendrick at right tackle. In a perfect scenario Hall is back in 4-6 weeks.

Sounds like Hall may not have started regardless.

Would be about the best possible outcome. Looks like he could return in 4 to 6 weeks if that's the case. If it's a full-on meniscus repair, he's done for the season.

Agreed. Don't know if they do things different for high caliber athletes, but repairs are much less common than clean-ups. Only the outer 1/3 of your meniscus is able to even heal due to blood supply.

They have reported for a few weeks that Kendrick appeared to have an edge at RT

Yep I had read he was gonna find his way onto the field.

I don't like to buy into fall camp hype. I've learned over the years that you just can't take it as truth. Quinten Hancock was the next Randy Moss every fall camp. Guy probably had 10 catches in his career.

I pray the kid has a speedy recovery. I'm not sweating this as we have top of the line services here at UT to help kids bounce back. Tuttle's situation confirms that. It would not surprise me if he were back before the UF game (5 weeks away).

This idea that Kendricks has turned into a legit player is hilarious. The guy was a liability last season and easily outperformed by a true freshmen Chance Hall.

I refuse to believe sophomore year Chance Hall was in any danger of losing his job to Kendricks.

This sounds like positive spin to what is a bad injury.

We need Chance to be 100% for Florida. Hopefully he's ready by then.

Start working Jack Jones at Tackle now. I'd rather he move there if needed than moving Thomas from center. Avoid starting a true freshman unless we have to.

This is all Blair's fault by the way.

This doesn't really effect the OL at this point. Our starters are fine.

The only way this becomes an issue is if either Richmond or Kendrick go down early. Then, we would more than likely have a problem on our hands.

Less rest for them means a greater chance of injury happening.

It does effect the OL. This is the worst news of fall camp by a mile.
