I'm curious as to why anyone even responds to the trolling attempts of this semi-literate individual. Didn't I read someone refer to him as a "good poster"? Really?

I actually like him. He's been around a long time and generally is fun to talk trash with.

But, when he gets his afternoon meds mixed up... TROUBLE.

I'll add that when Debord ran two screens to Kamara on back to back plays with exactly the same results I thought to myself "did I just witness that?"

Don't know too much about zone blocking but pretty sure Michigan didn't use it back when Debord was there.

Thinking the zone block scheme doesn't allow the OL to get up to the 2nd level to free up the RBs esp Hurd for longer runs.

Zone blocking scheme better suited for smaller, shifty RBs who make people miss. That's why I think Kamara and Kelly are better fit.

I am no expert but have read about a zone blocking scheme. It actually does allow the OL to get to the second level because any free OL can peel off his original block and keep moving. The Broncos are probably the most famous zone blocking team when they inserted a new RB every year into their backfield.

You are right that they are probably better suited for smaller backs. It is designed for one cut and run and not to dance in the backfield looking for a hole.

Yea, I wonder how much freedom Dobbs has. From season's past, it seemed like Dobbs ran what was called. This year, it was reported that Dobbs has free reign to make calls. I assume he has choices once calls are made. Just makes you wonder who really made that call.

For those with more expertise than me, is the blocking scheme why we are constantly headed east-west or is it the playcalls, or both? I see other teams running from similar sets and they are able to get going downhill.

Yes...yes, you did. You were actually paying attention to something the average fan never realizes. That makes you special in my eyes. :)

"Looks like this is the 1st time Tennessee has been a TD favorite vs. Florida since they began playing every year in 1992 as divisional foes."

If Dobbs can get loose and run for about 100 yards or more, and we don't give FL free points with turnovers and stupid pemalties, we should win and it shouldn't even come down to the wire.

Austin Price was asked earlier if Debord would get the offense going this week. His response...

"I'm positive that #11 will run his legs off on Saturday. Live and die with his legs IMO."

If Vegas sets lines that no one understands, they usually are right.

Truth. They feed off public Overreactions to previous weeks. They get better as season goes so it's def eye opening that they would still release a high number. I think they much rather ride TN to cover a TD or more than if they set line at a pickem or -3 and had to rely on Florida
