I think there should be a new NCAA rule that each game will be reviewed by a neutral party and if they deem the referees missed too many calls, did not call a neutral game (list of criteria must be met), they do not get compensated for the game.... crazy and never going to happen, but It's gotten so bad, you almost have to call for drastic measures...

Did anyone ask in post game what is happening with strength and conditioning? What the hell did the players do in camp- sit around and play video games. They must have done nothing because on top of the injuries you have undisciplined turnovers and errors. Complete opposite of last year. I would take last years injuries hands down in camp versus this.

What do you do in camp to prevent JRM from tearing his bicep on punt coverage? From Sapp landing awkwardly on a kickoff? From Cam getting his foot caught in the turf making a tackle? From Weismann getting blasted in the helmet? From Kirk getting rolled up on? Etc

Opposite of whatever happened. Don't you understand fake hysteria?

Yah. S&C might be if we had a dozen hamstring strains or random shoulder issues.

this crossed my mind too.

It crossed my mind, but it doesn't make sense, because he would have to bank on UF losing another one. Plus..he and Debord would have to be just about the only ones in on it. There is no way he could ever let on to the team that he had basically pre conceded the game.

Takeaways from game

1. Bama has all refs in back pocket so don't expect any calls on you favor

2. Worst luck ever with injuries on this team

3, Debord and Dobbs were already shook and conservative before Kendricks and hall got hurt. After that they threw in the towel completely.

4. Florida will not win out. TN just has to get healthy fast to finish the year.

5. If healthy and we get to SEC Champ game, it will be a better game.

6. Warrior plays like 1 maybe 2 series and has 5 tackles. Can we play the guy already?

7. Elliot Berry made some plays today.

8. Baylon Buchanon either can't get off a block to save his life or they really disguise holding very well. I tend to believe it's a mixture

9. Barnett is a freaking animal

True, I just don't understand a lot in this game. We were severely limited by the injuries. The refusal to run Dobbs is the most confusing aspect. You would think that with a weak OL, running Dobbs would be the go to play. It never was. They also never left Hurd in the backfield to help protect, or even a tight end on most plays

That's an easy one. They didn't want him to get hurt. Dobbs going down is the one thing that would totally derail this season at this point. Why chance getting him killed in a game that is probably lost anyway?

That's true and a good point. If we can beat them in ATL we'll still have a shot at the playoffs

Thanks

Hall was hurt?

I don't know, but something was really wrong with him. He is way better than that normally. He was a bright spot against the Tide last year. I am leaning toward a injury he was trying to play through maybe. Like Coleman was earlier in the season.

Watching Ole Miss vs Arkansas... how does everyone else in the SEC seem to have plenty of good O lineman/Depth and we can barely field a starting 5, but with injuries we are toast? Wouldn't you think Butch has been here long enough that we would be in a better position depth wise than we are? I know Dooley left the cupboard bare and we have some rising talent, but definitely a head scratcher...
