Memphis has a reality Tv show filmed there where all they do is follow murder cases. People trying to act like it's the same as Knoxville this week are cracking me up.

I live outside of Memphis and just watched 10pm local news. First 3 of 4 stories were about murders. Other story was about a traffic backup.

That is a great quote from their tackle. I said it all last year- Barnett's bend is unbelievable. You could watch replays and see it, and he was doing it against great tackles. I am not a football expert, but I figure that's more important (along with strength) than the 40 time that he ran.

That is a great quote from their tackle. I said it all last year- Barnett's bend is unbelievable. You could watch replays and see it, and he was doing it against great tackles. I am not a football expert, but I figure that's more important (along with strength) than the 40 time that he ran.

Give yourself more credit because you are spot on. Big OT's have difficulty playing low enough, so they try to reach and grab. Barnett has dealt with double teams that did exactly that his whole career. It's the combo of burst, strength, use of hands and bend with DB. Opponents will not have the luxury of double teaming him much in the NFL or they will get killed by other pass rushers including blitzers. His 40 time is pretty much pointless except for the times they zone blitz and pull him back into coverage.

Pride for the city they live in is overruling the truth of the statistics. FBI stats for that matter. Nashville is not even in the Top 100 most violent in the current year's stats. They had one bad year at #45. Memphis continues to stay in the Top 10 most years.
