Only if you're snoring when the 3rd period starts for those four games that you think the Preds will win.

I will sleep the finals away if that's what it takes!

Yeah. I still do enough to maintain, but I want to be able to walk when I'm 70 so I take it pretty easy on my knees these days. Plenty of ways to stay fit but I miss running. It was such a stress reliever.

Research of runners vs couch potatoes reveals that being inactive and overweight had a much higher percentage of knee and hip arthritis than dedicated runners.
Just something to think about. :hi:

Oh. I am not a couch potato. It's just that running hurts. Even with my meloxicam and turmeric. I still exercise. I just have to do other stuff. I do HIIT routines to substitute for my cardio.

Give yourself more credit because you are spot on. Big OT's have difficulty playing low enough, so they try to reach and grab. Barnett has dealt with double teams that did exactly that his whole career. It's the combo of burst, strength, use of hands and bend with DB. Opponents will not have the luxury of double teaming him much in the NFL or they will get killed by other pass rushers including blitzers. His 40 time is pretty much pointless except for the times they zone blitz and pull him back into coverage.
How many sacks would he have had if he didn't get held every play? I don't think I've ever seen a player that was allowed to be held so much. It was crazy.

"Evaluation" does not equal crime rate. I don't believe crime rates are done like that. They are done based on city limits. The city of Germantown has one of the best crime rates in the state. They aren't taking in the Memphis crime rate because they share a border.

My understanding is that "statistical areas" are not done like crime rates. Heck, if you look it up, Forrest City, Arkansas is a part of the Memphis Statistical Area. I guarantee you that they are not included in the Memphis crime rate. Not the way that works.

I think the SEC wanted more scoring and told refs to swallow the whistle. Garrett was mauled quite a but too. In general I don't remember a year where so few holding calls were made. I kept wondering all year in every SEC game, "why isn't holding being called at all?"

It was weird because they would literally wrap their arm around his neck every play right out in the open.

It might have been in his sophomore year, but there was one play where Barnett got held two different ways. The tackle grabbed him around the neck as he was bending around end. Barnett was strong enough to get by, and the tackle grabbed the back of his jersey. Still no call.

Alabama tackle had him by the shirt tail and they didn't call it.

I hope Butch kills it this year and shuts all these people up

He has fewer followers than a mascot. Wouldn't get too upset about it.

Amen. They create all the hype and then bash when you don't meet their expectations. Idiots.

It isn't just him. Go read the original tweet of Butch posing with the Preds mascot and people are killing him in the comments. Most are TN "fans".

I loved to run. I did 3 miles a day with a long run 5-7 on Saturdays. When I started to get some pain in the knees and I couldn't manage it, I saw an ortho. My cartilage in both knees was a wreck. His verdict was that my running days were over. I now use a recumbent bike to train with some occasional treadmill walking. If anyone is having knee pain issues, I strongly recommend switching to a bike. You still get the cardio benefits without destroying your knees. It was a real gut punch looking at the picture of my knee cartilage. But I have to admit, I still miss the running.

I haven't been on the IOP for 4 hours and have seen a jogger with a UT visor and a power T on a car in the grocery store parking lot. We represent quite well.

My issue is the cartilage on the back of my kneecaps is no longer smooth. It rubs against my knee joints causing pain and inflammation. Any sort of repetitive motion like running, biking, or elliptical will irritate my knee joints. Walking seems to be ok though. The Army still thinks I should do the 2 mile run for my APFT though. Oh well.

I've heard that that is a symptom of being on your knees a lot. And that's not from talking to the big guy upstairs either.

Apparently you aren't broken enough. Are you non operative on your knee pain? Any injections?
