Would love to know how many he has taken. Don't think anyone will argue seriously that's lebron is a great shooter. It's like people bragging that he has more playoff points than Jordan, except that it took him 34 more games than Jordan to get that record

He has the same 3 point % as Kobe, Durant, & Harden. Can those guys shoot?

Think Jordan averaged 7-8 more shots per game in the playoffs than LeBron.

You can say you don't "like" LeBron James. That's fine.

You can't say he's not great, or overrated. That's just silly.

How is saying he's overrated silly?

I've seen people say that he's already the GOAT. I personally think that those people overrate him. Explain why I'm silly?

Who's saying he's the GOAT? I've not seen anybody in this thread say that. And that's where we are having this discussion.... this thread.

Another poster made the blanket comment that he's overrated. In what context? If in general? No, he's not.

If you want to know the context, why don't you ask him?

Or I guess we can just call each other silly for having a different opinion (that you admittedly don't even know the context of) instead of having an actual discussion. Carry on with that.

LOL. Bass has made it well known he thinks he's overrated. Period. Regardless of context. He doesn't even think he's the best player on the Cavs... much less in consideration for the GOAT.

Try and keep up.

I was admittedly using hyperbole in comparing him to Kyrie. But he isn't near as good as people act like. The best player on the floor tonight was KD. Lebron shouldn't be in the discussion for GOAT

Again, who in this thread has brought up GOAT? Other than you two...

Also, he averaged the following in last years finals:

30 pts
11 rbs
9 assts

Not as good as people act like?

I will then:

1. Michael Jordan
2. LeBron James
3. Magic Johnson
4. Larry Bird
5. Hakeem Olajuwan
6. Tim Duncan
7. Kobe Bryant
8. Bill Russell
9. Shaq O'Neal
10. Isiah Thomas/ Detroit Pistons

I'm a Pistons fan, so take number 10 with a grain of salt. Isiah is still the greatest player 6 foot or under

The devil made me do this post

I like and agree with much of this list, but I have to put Kareem somewhere on it.

And Thomas was 6'1" 😬

LOLZ.... just looked it up. 3rd all time in playoff 3 pointers.

Will pass Reggie Miller this series.

😂

LeBron is a great accumulator of stats.

Championships? Not so much.

If stats are all that matter then Wilt Chamberlain should be the GOAT. But he aint cause wins and losses actually matter. And LeBron has been more of a loser in the NBA Finals than a winner.

Kevin Durant completely owned him tonight.

Could you imagine Clyde Drexler or another SG owning Michael Jordan on both sides of the court like Durant owned LeBron tonight?

Any GOAT talk should end tonight.

Still waiting to see who tonight has been talking GOAT other than those saying he's NOT the GOAT.....

Absolutely embarrassed Lebron tonight

Who's saying he's the GOAT?

I've not seen anyone in this thread tonight make that claim...
