Shall I recount the reasons to thee?

Let's start with him always getting the calls: All Stars in Basketball get the benefit of the doubt when it comes to calls thus plays go their way more often than not. As Lebron is the biggest superstar in the game, even more calls will go his way. Back years ago, Kobe would get all the calls as well. It's just how the NBA works.

Then on to his whining. Yes, he whines, but so does every other player. It like the calls is just a part of the sport. Players whine to the refs or fake contact to try and get calls. You see it with Lebron more often since he is as previously stated the biggest star in the sport. Pundits talk about him more than other players.

Finally, his being "overrated"... unlike the other two points which have a basis in reality but are just warped by your viewpoint-- hate--, there is no basis in reality with Lebron being overrated. It is hard to overrate the second best player to ever play the sport unless someone was to call him the best. Almost every metric/ analytic supports Lebron ending his career as the second best basketball player ever.

Lebron can drive the lane and is decent on defense... that's about it. Can't shoot, relies mostly on his athleticism rather than skill and talent

LEBRON IS THE GOAT! Meanwhile he's losing 73-55 in the 3rd quarter

I am on Bass's side- I don't like Lebron. Is he great? Yes. But I can have an opinion like everyone else.

If the Grizzlies weren't in Memphis, I would hardly watch the NBA. I grew up playing and loving basketball, but the NBA is hard to watch.

Well you're not in this thread only complaint about Lebron when watching the NBA Finals though.

Everyone is welcome to their opinion, but opinions can be wrong.

I am not watching anything. Haven't seen one second of the game. My opinion of not liking Lebron can't be wrong. If I said he wasn't good, then yes.

Lmao

No one called him the goat. Also, didn't know that Lebron was playing this ridiculously stacked Golden State team by himself. I guess that can only improve his legacy.

Not on this board, but many are. By himself? Love? Kyrie? He's not close to by himself

Yep

Are you guys even taking about a sport? Or just something on the level of soccer on boring and horrible?

Would love to know how many he has taken. Don't think anyone will argue seriously that's lebron is a great shooter. It's like people bragging that he has more playoff points than Jordan, except that it took him 34 more games than Jordan to get that record

I'm a Warriors fan, I think LBJ whines almost as much as anyone not named Draymond Green but you mention the 34 more games, have you ever seen the amount of shot attempts in those games?

He has more points on less shots even though he played 34 more games. News flash, MJ shot A LOT.

I used to think LeBron was overrated..I just can't support that opinion anymore. He is for sure one of the greatest ever. He won a title with Cleveland...Cleveland.
