Hand may be suspended for one play. Probably not. That's too harsh. He'll run 10 yards in practice as his punishment

3 main reasons.

1)I think one year soon a two loss team makes the playoffs and this year could be it.

2) I think the Vols win 9 or 10 regular season games.

3) strength of schedule and conference is huge when considering a 2 loss team getting to a playoff.
Well it could prolong florida's season and perhaps prevent a shark molestation or two.

he will be at practice Monday... and his DUI will quietly be dropped off his record... but pay no mind to it... nothing to see here... he's a good boy and shouldn't be punished. The arresting officer will be put on suspension...

It wasn't alcohol… He accidentally drank too much NyQuil for a nasty cold that he has been battling. He will have to take a class on how to properly medicate when sick. Moving on.

tony, is that you? Lol!

Who cares about realistic expectations! Are we probably going to lose a game? Yes. Are we possibly going to lose multiple games? Very realistic. Who cares! Go into every game with the thought process that our Vols can win. End of story! LET US GO!!

I'm realistic about my health, my marriage, my job, my finances....

This is an escape. Something I enjoy. A carrot on a stick to get me through rough weeks in the fall and one of the largest sources of fun and happy memories in my life.

I'll be damned if I find a way to contain and cool my enthusiasm and hope. This year is going to be awesome until proven otherwise. And if it turns out less than expected? I can handle that, I just won't wallow around in the past.

Won't be at today's practice due to my other job. I was going to surprise you all with my thoughts on the Sunday practice, but you guys just had to go and ruin it. Ruin it!

It's football time man. You have one job now. FEED US!

I mean the way I see it is that I believe all 40 of the men competing in the crossfit games next week can put up those numbers, still have time for sport-specific training and conditioning, and very few of them weigh over 200lbs.

I don't know that Crossfit, the corporation, has the same PED testing protocols as the NCAA and many of those men are older and have been training longer.

Other than that, I'm not sure those athletes have any real advantages. Certainly not over a 265lb DE or 300lb OL when it comes to pure strength.

A guy I go to church with knows Rich Froning, they went to the same gym and he said that guy works out something like 6 hours a day at the gym. And when he leaves, Rich will still be doing push ups or pull ups any chance he gets. College football players should not have the time to be able to do that.

This isn't from my friend but I'm pretty sure there are PED's within the Crossfit ranks as well.

Barry Sanders was a super weight squatting son of a gun at 5'8. I'll say this though, a lot of fake weight videos on YouTube these days. Example: Brad Castleberry and than brunette chic with a long ponytail. So fake.
