Lebron doubled KD's rebounds and had 1 less assist.
Considering Durant is nothing but a scorer, it isn't that shocking that he scored 10 more points than Lebron in Game 1.

Just like one performance didn't make Dobbs a Heisman candidate, Game 1 isn't going to remove Lebron from the GOAT discussion.

Game 2 went to Kevin Durant once again.

Another dominating performance. Especially defensively where he has outclassed LeBron by a wide margin.

Literally all Lebron can do is drive the lane

I said earlier he has serious holes in his game but people didn't want to listen.

LeBron James is a limited basketball player. His outside shot is a serious weakness that gets exposed in big stages like this.

Only so long you can keep driving into the lane before the defense figures out how to stop you.

LeBron with 18 points, 6 rebounds, and 10 assists at the half, yet all he can do is drive the lane. Pretty impressive for a guy with such severe limitations.

You see he fizzled out in the second half?

This is what happens when you don't have a reliable jump shot. You can only keep driving for so long. After a while fatigue catches up with you. That is why LeBron attempted only one shot in the 4th quarter. He was drained after going so hard in the first half when it came to driving to the basket.

Durant continued to dominate in the second half because he has the more complete offensive game. He can both drive and shoot.

This series has been one-sided primarily because Kevin Durant has outplayed LeBron on both sides of the court. Kevin Durant is currently the best player in basketball.

Yeah what kind of basketball player would take the almost guaranteed points every time rather than attempting a lower percentage shot??

Seriously Bass, as others have said, you sound ridiculous.

I want the guy who can sustain his play for 4 quarters. What LeBron did tonight could not be sustained for 4 quarters. You need to mix in some outside shots if you want to have enough energy left to close out the game.

Paul Pierce just called KD the greatest player in the world

Its pretty obvious right now.

And the big separator is defense. LeBron is playing well offensively. But defensively he's been terrible. While Durant has been the best defensive player so far as well as the best offensive player.

The difference between these two teams is Kevin Durant. The Cavs simply have no answer for him offensively or defensively.

He's right now dominating his matchup with LeBron James.

Idk, about KD dominating LBJ, but GS held serve. U are supposed to win your home games. If GS wins one at Cleveland, it's over. But even u, have to admit, GS team is a lot better than Cleveland. I agree with u, LBJ is not MJ, but Cleveland is not near as talented as the 90s Bulls. In fact, I like KD, but apparently, this is the only way he can win a championship. When he is the main man, he chokes, just like last year, with Mr. Triple-Double as his Robin to his Batman, even with a 3-1 lead. But, good for KD, I want him to win one. Too bad, he had to get it on a super team, where he had Steph and Klay cover for him, because he couldn't do it,like LBJ did it last year, as the star. U can knock LBJ, for losing 2 at Miami, I understand that, because that was a super team, also. But, the 2 he lost with Cleveland, isn't like that, LBJ WILLED them to the Finals. Still, MJ is the GOAT and LBJ will always be number 2, imo. Maybe one day, KD will make the top 10, but not until, he leads his OWN team to a championship, imo.

NEWS FLASH: THIS IS FOOTBALL RELATED NEWS...

SIAP, as I may have missed the post made in the middle of the NBA finals thread, but Zaire will transfer to Florida, as long as everything checks out and clears on his visit there Wednesday.

Well it's only been 14yrs, still time to figure out how to stop him.

Five SEC teams most interested in Rivals100 Five-Star Challenge

Chad Simmons and Woody Wommack | Rivals.com

The state of Tennessee is well-represented in the field at the event, highlighted by Rivals100 Vols wide receiver commit Alontae Taylor. But it’s not just Taylor that Vols fans will have their eyes on during the event. Several top underclassmen from the state are set to compete, with four-star wide receiver Trey Knox being the most notable. Knox has quickly emerged as one of the top players in his class and already has a national offer sheet. Obviously Tennessee is trying to keep him close to home and will be keeping an eye on his showing in Indy. The Vols are also heavily involved with 2018 Rivals250 wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase, who recently put the school in his top three.

The other 4 were LSU, Auburn, Missouri and Georgia.

Bass, don't worry if LeBron fans are threatening to black ball your credibility for jabbing them a little about their prescious King James. I know exactly what you mean and you're not wrong. For some reason people really get upset if anyone talks negative about LeBron's game. Just know that even though they threaten you into silence that the Cavs are going to get beat. We both know Michael Jordan wouldn't.

Yup. James fills up the stat sheet. He is also a winner, despite the hate that flows all around him.

Clutch shooter Kyrie Irving was a big 8 for 23 last night. Love wasn't much better. The Ghost of Deron Williams played 14 minutes and missed all 7 of his shots. All of these things are attributable to LBJ. He should hire D4H as a skills consultant to help him round out his game.

James has a higher career 3-pt percentage than MJ and has hit nearly 3x as many three pointers as MJ.

He had 27 and 7 while shooting above 50%

What would he have to do in order for you to say he played well?
