Glad he's gone?

Damn that is harsh for a kid that made the most miraculous hustle play in memory

I disagree.

So have there only been players inducted until now? Is it new that staff can be inducted? That's really the only reasonable explanation. Although I would assume Pat would be part of this class if it were a new requirement, so I doubt that's the case.

Fail all around if Neyland wasn't in there the moment non-players were eligible.

Not sure. Good question to ask, but I think it's just an oversight.

Edit: Apparently until last year it was only open to female student athletes, and they decided to open it up to male student athletes. I do not see any coaches on the list from this article:

That was phenomenal hustle by Tuttle, but doesn't hold a candle to what Foreman did causing the A&M RB to fumble the ball out of the endzone. I don't do this often, but I agree with Bruin...might be the GOAT when it comes to hustle plays in TN football history.

Yep

Feels good to have someone in agreement with me here. Lol

Agreeing with Bruin is a slippery slope 👀👀

That was a great play by Forman, but I just love a DT beating out a QB and RB for a the ball.

If Abernathy hadn't taken himself out of the play it would likely be a moot point. Rather than watching Eason he allowed himself to get sucked into the middle of the field.

That is also true. Malik was still torched. It was more than just one breakdown, I agree, but he let him get way too far behind him.

I'll roll with ya OG and Bruin. Foremans was much more rare and took a large amount of hustle. That in no way should diminish Tuttle

I'm not sure why everyone thinks Georgia is so bad on here.

We do realize it took arguably the most fortunate play in program history to beat them last year with a true FR QB, right?

We were relatively healthy at that point, too.

Plus they return 17 starters
2nd year head coach and Jim Chaney.

WTH was that about?
'As an NFL scout, I would like to take this opportunity to just randomly slander Ethan Wolf repeatedly and then throw some insults towards Tennessee players in general, just cause'.

Surprised he feels he has seen enough to make a judgement given his head is stuck so far up his ***.

Locker room fodder to build an us against them mentality. Gets the players so fired up that not one of them will go lightly against any opponent on even one play.

Brilliant move by CBJ and Rock...I even enjoyed the jab at new OC Scott. Saying that he will be soft like Wolf. No one will be able to pry his foot off the gas until the team is exiting the locker room a hour after the game is over.

:)

"I sat on the bench for 4 years of high school football, I was the runner up in my fantasy league, and I watch a lot of games so therefore I know what I am talking about when I state my negative opinion about a player who worked his ass off every single day for 4 years while I supported the team by going to one game a year, drinking SoCo at 11 am, and buying an orange polo at the gift shop. I demand excellence."

And then implied Butch put Griff up to writing a hit piece on a senior tight end.

People on VQ were speculating about that last night as well. If it's true, either Butch is an absolute idiot or Griffith completely botched the article and turned an otherwise throwaway fluff piece with a few "motivational quotes" provided by the coaches into a hit piece on Wolf.

The simplest explanation, of course, is that Griffith knew he had a clickbait gold mine on his hands when he managed to score an exclusive interview with a guy who refused to go on the record, which is about the lowest form of journalism possible and is in fact exactly what got Travis Haney fired.
