We have a contingent offer on our house in IN. It took forever at 13 days. Lol. We bought when the market was still down and will be blessed to make am enough to to put a substantial down payment on a house in TN. It feels wonderful to be moving home.

We looked for maybe 6 months. We were picky this time. One of the main things we wouldn't compromise on is having a usable yard, which is pretty hard to find in Knoxville - either yards are too small or too steep, or both.

My daughter is having a great dance competition this weekend. She finished first in her lyrical category and second overall in her age group for her solo. Very proud of her. I never dreamed that I would enjoy watching dance but the joy it brings me is unbelievable.

Went with the all cash 21 day close offer.

I've always said Baldbiker is one of the most honest, genuine, and forthcoming posters on this board.

We finally had to realize that we had to give something up that we really wanted. Still waiting to see if our offer is accepted though so the search may or may not continue!

My niece used to cook eggs in the microwave. It made the house stink to high heaven. Does that have anything to do with microbiology?
