I do......I do like my chicken spicy. It's still the best when it's old school southern fried though.

When we do fish fries...we deep fry a bunch of catfish...let everyone (else) fill up on that. Then we fry the crappie.

Oh...and yes...you do love your children.

My PaPa's neighbors ask him for crappie fillets when we go fishing at Pickwick. So he goes to the grocery store and buys tilapia fillets and packages them like we package our crappie fillets. He pops them in the freezer before we go on our trip and when we come home he takes the neighbors their tilapia. They always tell him how much they love the crappie he brings them. Fiesty ole coot.
