Boys I've knocked down Chuck Norris and diddled Jeremy Pruitt's fiancé. I think I should at least be bumped to Rod Wilks status.

Only difference is Rod is a myth and mine are the real deal.

Two things, my friend.

1. Pictures, or it didn't happen.

2. No one can give you Rod Wilks status except Rod Wilks, Chuck Norris, or Paul Bain.

Eat clean… Cut out the sugars and starches in your diet, and that will go a long way. Then, cardio cardio cardio.

I'm a engineering type of person. Energy cannot be made it can simply change forms. Your body is like a fuel tank on your car. If you continue to add gas without driving it, it will eventually over flow. Put in less than you take out it will eventually run out. I think we complicate things too much some times.

How fast? A pound of body fat is roughly 3500 calories.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) twice daily. 10--12 minute Tabata workout will burn 330-360 calories. Lookup an app called 8fit or there is a 30 day Tabata challenge that is tough. It is 3 different exercises 8x20 second rounds with 10 seconds rest. Then 1 minute rest between exercises. Total with rest is 15 minutes. It will wear you out if you go full out each round. You can download a Tabata timer app too.
Cut daily calorie intake by 500-1000 calories per day.

I've heard that before but why is that? Zero calories is zero calories.
