That works, I guess. I normally lift for about 1 1/2 hrs and then 30 minutes of cardio. I do this 5 days a week. My weekends are pretty active between landscaping and lots of walking places with the family.
You lift for an hour and a half? What does that look like? I usually do on chest day, 4 sets of bench, 4 sets flyes, 4 sets shoulder press, 4 sets tricep pushdowns, 4 sets of another triceps exercise and it only takes me about 45-50 minutes
I haven't seen Baldy around lately but I saw this and thought he might enjoy it.

They forgot the glue. Marines love to eat glue as well.
They do need a dessert. A nice purple glue stick would really complete the meal. :good!:
Not sure how I missed this...probably because I have been pretty busy since I moved to the beach. I've flown back to Nashville three times since moving here (finishing up business and moving my offices to the beach)....oh....and I made $635,000 while I was at it.
You Army fellars might want to invest in some Marine Corps MRE's. :hi:

I lost a lot of weight watching and counting calories. Wake up and immediately drank 16 oz of water then went on a fast 20 minute walk. Knees to bad to run and would eat a banana with cinnamon and a piece of bacon and more water. Would eat peanuts as a snack before lunch and NO cola, tea, or Milk. Just water and black coffee. Cut out bread and don't eat late and get low calorie intake. The big think is exercise upon waking and the large intake of water increases your metabolism while exercising. I went from 212 to 185 in about two months and was borderline dibetic and that and blood pressure cleared up. Doc said whatever you did healed you up. Hard to just drink water even for breakfast but it worked.

Seriously. On this weekend of Remembrance, thank you and Sarge and all of my fellow service members past and present, for all you have done and continue to do.
