do you have the latest iOS and are you using safari? I’ve noticed when you quote posts it looks like your phone is trying to convert the post number to a phone number and it’s messing up the link to the quote you posted. I haven’t noticed that happening with anyone else, although it could be.
The IPhone 7...and I have the latest update. I’m using Google to navigate VN and VQ. I was having to log in every time I switched apps on safari.

Weird. Idk. Yours is the only one I’ve noticed that does it. Oh well.

How in the hell? There are some CBD oils that have minute amounts of THC in them, but you would have take an insane amount every day to trip a drug test.

I havent read the story but i dont see how that could happen. There ia no thc in the oil which is what the test meaures correct?
I have read that some of the full spectrums have extremely minute amounts of THC in them, and if you take extremely large doses(iirc1000 mls a day) it could cause you to trip a test. If they fired her for having completely non-psychoactive cbd and other non-psyche cannabonoids in her system, then that is complete garbage...but then again this chick could be lying about what was in her system..I mean she is an artist..😏

It's a weird story. The article doesn't give much in the way of details. If they really did fail her just for CBD, then that's ridiculous.

With CBD products that aren’t in legal states, it has to be under .03% THC, I believe that was the number, for it to stay legal. She would have been having to consume a butt load of CBD products to test positive I would believe.

I've never once used the off topic thread but i feel like this may be the place for this? I just found out today that Drew Brees is 1495 yards away from Peytons alltime yards record and 2 points i wanna make with that info. 1st, wow, had no idea and it seems like thats been very under the radar, at least to me, maybe not to others. 2nd, is Brees the most underrated QB of his generation? Guy has had a stellar career, is supposedly a great guy and has had insane longevity as well as a killer come back story when he was written off by the Chargers back in the day. Why is that? Is it the Sean Payton effect? Is it because he played in the same era as arguably the top 2 qbs of all time? Was he just overshadowed? Cause i have never once read anywhere that had him as a top 10 alltime QB yet his stats and having a ring seem to make him a lock on paper.

Any lawyers in the house? I'd ask my lawyer but I figure this might be a relatively easy question, and she's a stickler on counting every minute toward that $250 and hour.

Claiming the kids on taxes. Since the divorce, my wife has had physical custody and has had the kids the majority of the time so she naturally claimed the kids. I had no issue with that.

This year, I was awarded sole custody on 6/11, which means by years end they will have spent the majority of the year with me.

My ex is desperate for money, and despite me having the kids and the support orders being suspended - continues to text me almost daily saying I'm behind in support and how much trouble I'm going to be in when she tells the judge. A lot of irrational stuff. She doesn't currently have a job. So by years end, it'll be a lot easier for her to file. She has to file because she received spousal support from me. Whereas I have to wait for W2s and all that.

My question is... what if she claims the kids on taxes when she files before me? Is there any protection I have from that? Without receiving child support from her, and having to pay for after school programs etc... I'm going to need that tax benefit.

If she claims them, and then I also claim them, what happens?

It would seem if you prove you are their primary caregiver and they live mainly at your residence you have nothing to worry about with how she files.
I'm not sure how it works but her claiming them first could cause him to have to fight it legally. And would probably cause audits for both of them. Could end up costing money to get the money is my point I guess.

And I would definitely make sure there is no legal obligation for you to pay child support if she's threatening that. I know you shouldn't have to but if it hasn't legally been acknowledged she could fight for it.

The support orders have been suspended by the judge. I have court documents to back that up. Had she bothered to show up to court she would know that. And honestly I think she does know it but like I said she’s just desperate and grasping for straws.

I might ask my lawyer to have it addressed in court who claims the kids.

Good to hear about the support orders. And yeah, IMO, getting stuff like that addressed in court ahead of time is the best option. May cost a little bit, but if she's that desperate, it could cost more to fight it after.

Edit: I'm not a lawyer though so don't take that as gospel. Just my opinion.
