Wow.so this happened over my neighborhood today. i heard it, it woke me up, it sounded like that scene in Jurassic Park, the first one, when the T rex was approaching...the ground rumbling, and vibrating with each step.....the walls in my bedroom shook, and pictures vibrated. if you view the surveillance video embed in the link, that's one of me neighbors backyards....crazy. glad it landed ok.

My uncle was in a bad accident and is now paralyzed from the waist down. He's in good spirits but who knows how much of it is to not have us be worried. If you guys wouldn't mind praying for him and my family. It would be greatly appreciated.
He's my mom's brother so she is/was pretty distraught. He is also an avid outdoorsman so that's why I'm worried about his mental health. Though we've already found a few things that can help him in a few outdoors activities while being paralyzed.Prayers for your family. Never take a single minute for granted.
Hopefully someone will do what our government wouldn't do.So there was a muslim in new mexico raising kids in subhuman conditions, sacrificed his son in a religious ceremony, has direct family ties to the WTC bombing, and was training kids to become school shooters. He was just released on bail.
Weird how there is virtually zero media coverage though. And by weird I mean typical.
That’s terrible. Will be praying for him and your family. My uncle was in a bad accident and is now paralyzed from the waist down. He's in good spirits but who knows how much of it is to not have us be worried. If you guys wouldn't mind praying for him and my family. It would be greatly appreciated.
I did that in Texas. The sound is really your biggest concern. If you can bluetooth it somehow to a mini bose speaker you would be set. No worries on fishing tomorrow, we will get on that dang river sometime!Have any of you guys/gals purchased or used a projector to watch sports or movies. You can get a projector off Amazon for $50. I was thinking about usi g it outdoors this fall to watch the Vols, other football, and a movie or two. My thoughts on a screen was to mount one of those vinyl, rollup shades as a screen. Those can be got for $30-$40. You would have and outdoor home theater for less than $100. I have no experience with these things so I thought I'd ask if anyone here had tried something like that.

I know someone who uses a projector as his inside television. Uses his living room wall as the screen. The projector has an audio out, I thought maybe hooking it up to an old receiver and set of speakers I have. I was more concerned with the video quality vs size of screen. Also, whether the vinyl shade would suffice for the screen. I think you can get the vinyl shades up to 96" wide.
In my experience you get what you pay for with projectors. They can be really nice and totally worth it, but a cheap one usually has awful picture and sound quality. If that doesn't matter to you then it's a great deal.Have any of you guys/gals purchased or used a projector to watch sports or movies. You can get a projector off Amazon for $50. I probably won't spend $1500 on one, just not worth it to me. Anyone that knows me, I research the hell out if everything. By the time I'm done I'm an expert on the products. That's both good and bad. I'm not interested in some elaborate set up. I don't need to project to a 18' screen which a lot of expensive models have the capability to do. I don't think you have to break the bank to have a reasonable setup. Looking at reviews on Amazon, there are several models that get great reviews that may suit my needs. All are in the $50-$100 range. I was just curious if anyone here hadbtried one of the entry level models. In my experience you get what you pay for with projectors.
