This is the narrative that is frequently pumped with UGA fans. They all say Pruitt is dumb, hot head, etc to negative recruit against us.

They may or may not get Wright, but there is no need to worry about Jeremy Pruitt and his staff at this point. You can’t make chicken salad with chicken ****.

Well Saban thought well enough of him to give him Kirby's job. And he performed statistically better than Kirby.

I don't think it'll tank. The coaches said "look for improvement" and they showed improvement. Then the players quit and when a player quits there little a coach can do to motivate them

Pruitt and Kirby are NOT friends. They dont like each other. It's been known for a while. But crap like this is said all the time to gain an edge in recruiting. Recruiting is one of the dirtiest things in CFB

So Kirby didn't want him on staff but Saban did? And a coach left UGA to coach with Pruitt, but he was the reject? The well respected coaches Pruitt assembled are viewed as rejects by UGA fans so now you're starting to worry about how things are going?

This staff can coach, this staff needs players at critical positions. Like virtually the entire O-Line has to improve and more quality lineman. Our defense doesn't have near the depth either up front. They are better than the O-Line but they got worn down by having to live on the field. I think we will start to see real improvement but too say it's time to fire Pruitt after 1 season with a team that was paper thin at depth going into the season is just plain stupid. You have to give them man at least 2 more years to see if he is turning it around with his own players. These players now are mainly leftover from the old regime, and many quite frankly looked like they are burnt out. We should be focusing in on how recruiting goes the next 2 years, that will determine which direction we go and I have confidence in this staff to get us the type of players it will take to compete in the SEC and be able to coach them up. Many of our players now, have had so many coaches that did not do that and Jones tried to put a MAC coaching scheme in the sec and was out of his league. GBO and go Coach Pruitt and staff, go get em.

Your UGA friend is lying to you or you are making up crap. There were plenty of articles on this in the ACJ. After Richt was fired, the UGA administration determined that because of the uproar in the program about Pruitt and Richt, that Pruitt could not be retained, so he was let go by the AD before Kirby was even hired.

And Georgias defense was vastly improved under JP. I'm waiting for your point. Butch wanted another OC/ Kirby wanted another DC. If Pruitt is a reject then Chaney 100% is too.
