I'm sorry both sides do that, that is why our country is divided. "If you don't agree with me, you are an idiot" is the prevailing wisdom that is bolstered by the extreme loud mouths ON BOTH SIDES.
I guess it's just the fact that you hear it a lot more from the liberals because they have a larger platform to do so, and with the fact that I'm probably a little younger than the avg crowd here I hear it a lot more from people my age, as most of the conservatives that do it are older men and women while me, being 24, deal with a lot more people my age that are liberals and do not share my beliefs

Black Panther was not political, it was just an average at best superhero movie but "Wakanda forever" became a rallying cry for minority recognition in Hollywood most certainly.

I actually agree. I love superhero movies so for me it was a really big let down. I thought Michael B Jordan’s character was really really boring and overrated.
Just mad at the world and wants to kill everybody.

Disney is Satan. I wish Netflix and Amazon would merge and destroy the mouse beast.

Amazon really should have stayed in their lane a bit...their streaming service is behind frustrating. You get -some- content if you've got an Amazon Prime account, but then they also have a separate Prime Video account :|

Netflix is honestly the best streaming service out right now. They realize that people will pay for the monthly subscription, but if you feed in ads on top of the paid service you're going to have conflict. Still bugs me Hulu has a "with ads" version that you still pay for....

Disney buying Marvel is the worse thing to happen to film in a long time. Not so much because they'll ruin the movies, but mostly because they won't "share" it as made obvious by them canning all the Netflix shows that were doing well.

This is true, but it seems to me the majority on the right who do that are in the political field, not Hollywood elites or athletes because they wouldn't be allowed to do so. I mean, our beloved Peyton was criticized for days because he had the audacity to go golfing with the President. Tiger was also.
It really does seem like our political beliefs have become so important to our identities as a society that people are unable (or unwilling) to separate those beliefs to just be civil. Whether thats people who won't watch movies because there are LIBS in Hollywood or salty Democrats who cant appreciate Peyton's career anymore because he golfed with Trump. Its really strange.

Both sides criticize the other. One has mostly entertainers as their mouthpiece because it is made up of LIBERAL professions. The other is has mouthpieces made up of politicians and shock jocks. They both feed off of each other like two snakes. For every person on the left that criticized Peyton, there is the same amount that criticizes Obama's birth certificate. Its all a royal screw that the masses eat up because they deep down love the idea of a villain which is a carry over from WWII propaganda the baby boomers have nurtured to teach to their spawns.

I agree. Michael B Jordan has only been good in Creed. I thought BP was okay, but certainly didn't deserve the hype it received. Thor Ragnarock and the Captain America movies are the best Marvel movies outside of Avengers imo.

Yep, sad reality. That's why I've been saying that I enjoy the movies, but I don't want to be force fed political viewpoints

Really? What's the average age an actor gets going? I mean, I look at the men and women and the majority of them have been around at least since their early 20's as far as I can tell. Maybe I'm wrong, but I haven't seen too many that worked in the factory until they were 45 and somehow caught a big break. I mean, Jennifer Lawrence, one of the most outspoken, has been on television since she was a teenager.

Most probably make in their twenties and also probably worked crap jobs and are from Kansas or somewhere similar. I wouldn't call that "very young."

Okay that's fair by the definition of very young if you define it as being a child star like the Olsen twins or something, but becoming a multi-millionaire Hollywood star in mid 20's still can't relate to the average American who has to wake up everyday and go to work while his wife does the same just to put food on the table for the children.

Top 5 Marvel movie(s) for me
1. Deadpool (both movies included here, I liked the 2nd more)
2. Iron Man trilogy (the first Iron Man is the favorite of the 3)
3. Avengers
4. Guardians of the Galaxy (both films, I liked the first one the most)
5. Thor Ragnarock (the first 2 Thor movies aren't included...they aren't very good they "found" Thor as a character through Avengers and this was his best film)

Thor Ragnarock was my favorite about one of the singular heroes in all the Marvel Universe series!

This is the Off Topic forum. Id say that a projected lineup for the Football team is pretty Off Topic to Recruiting but whatever, just trying to share something.

Like you shared an invitation to suckle your large clackers?!?!

How dare you, how DARE YOU!

I looked at the information and it seemed pretty on par with what this forum's thoughts are, smart of them to basically just name all the lineman they think MIGHT start since we all really have no idea just yet.

Deadpool 1&2 for sure
Avenger Infinity War just because the scope was so big and handled well
Guardians 1 & 2
X Men First Class
Thor Ragnarok
I really like Spider Man Homecoming also, very fresh take and no origin story was nice.

I thought Iron Man 3 is the worst Marvel movie so far.

To be honest...I think the average American wouldn't put in half as much of the work as the top level actors do. Best example is the Rock, because he is at this point -the top- actor I believe, not that he's the best actor but his films are huge internationally. But the dude is up before you or I even roll out of bed even after he's going to bed past 1 AM most nights...travels all over the world, rarely sleeps in his own bed or gets to be with his family and not only manages to stay in top physical shape but keeps working on new movies/shows and even has his own clothing line now.

Sorry, but Jimmy-James who wants to make more money with his HS diploma but thinks trade jobs are beneath him isn't putting in anywhere near the kind of work as the Rock or other actors. It appears like they aren't working because they've acquired wealth....when a large majority of them acquired that wealth from being the hardest worker in the room. It's not something you "turn off" once you make it big, that's ingrained in you for life.

It was awesome
No doubt, the storyline was sweet as was Thor figuring out that he REALLY is a complete Bada** I know Captain Marvel is going to play a big part in Endgame but if she's stronger than Thor I will disappointed because Thor literally was strong enough to kill Thanos with Stormbreaker if Thanos had just been one short of having all the Infinity Stones, and if she is stronger than any other Avenger that's going to make Captain Marvel WAY TOO OP.

I thought Iron Man 3 is the worst Marvel movie so far.

You've seen the older Hulk movies and Spider-Man movies right? It's one of the weaker ones of the newer ones. Iron Man 1 though is so good, I guess I can just name it and ignore the trilogy.

Also I'd probably have the Spider-Man: Into the Spider Verse as one of my top 5, I excluded it though since it's 100% animated.

Yeah Iron man 3, Spider-Man 3, and the first hulk are by far the worst

I was just thinking when Disney took over. Anything before that is its own thing
