I’m no war monger, but these are some bad characters that past administrations have allowed to run wild for too long. I do like the fact that we’ve chosen economic sanctions vs military moves in the last couple years, but we’d all be naive to think they’d just sit and take it.

MI6 and the CIA destroyed Iran years ago when Iran decided to nationalize their oil back in the 50s. Their provocations are equivalent to a gnat flying in our eye. Annoying but not worth war. We’ve already done our damage to them. Best to ignore them

Problems started post WWI with Britain’s duplicitous behavior and unfortunately we inherited it. This are has been unstable for a millennia and nothing we will do will change that one bit. Thankfully we are closer than ever to energy independence to where hopefully we can walk away from that region eventually.

Not going to deny that from the past, but you can’t deny that they’ve been the provocateurs of late. At a certain point you can’t just let them be petulant children.

Yeah, I think they're just trying to save face. of course, we could get more info that proves that wrong, but that's the way it seems. So far, no reported deaths from their strikes. Hopefully we let them pretend to be strong and just leave them alone. I think they know not to push it.

The sanctions we’ve placed on them have crippled them. We started it and have continued to hurt their country. I don’t blame them for lashing out honestly. I know that’s not a popular opinion but I think we have to try to understand it from their perspective.

This recent incident sounds legit but the stuff over the summer with oil tankers looked like false flags based on breakdowns i saw

Right. Let them think they’re hard asses and leave it be. Save war for circumstances where they kill US civilians
