The "so-called" blue collar democratic party ended after Slick Willie's years and have been taken over by the far left liberal base of their party. For the most part, they want open borders, socialized medicine, abortion on demand and take all you can from people of wealth, regardless how they earned it, and give it to as many deadbeats as they can to continue to buy their votes.
We have to show some form of ID to make a purchase on a credit card, to obtain a license, to secure a bank loan and most everything else. It should be the same way when casting a vote in any election.Period.Don't care which side you support, that is the way voting should be.
Lastly, if it weren't for NYC, LA, Chicago, San Fran, and couple of other huge cities, there would never be another Liberal Democrat win a national election!

There's no point in discussing it further, we don't live in a democracy, we live in a republic. The states elect the president. The only reason it's become an issue is because your candidate lost. It's nothing more than being a poor loser.

Frankly I’d like to go back to the original conception of the electoral college and have a more indirectly-elected president. That or abolish primaries/caucuses and let party members at the convention choose the nominee.

Neither of those are happening though, so if we were going to modify the electoral college I’d have electors assigned by congressional district rather than by winner-take-all, which suppresses voting in states that are solidly red or solidly blue.

I will, non-enthusiastically (biden has never been my first, second, or third choice). given the same has been accused against trump several times over, its unfortunately a wash (its truly a sad thing that this is where we are as a country, picking between two men accused of sexual assault, one admitting it on tape).

in general, yes. conservative media largely ignored or sought to discredit kavanaugh's accusers while liberal media amplified it. now, liberal media is slow playing it and conservative media is amplifying it. so, to that extent, its working in a completely predictable manner. i totally understand calling the media hypocritical at this point, i really do, and they are. but its nakedly partisan, no one has held both sides to the same standard.

Problem is, the overwhelming majority of media is liberal. So when the vast majority is liberal and smears the news according to their agenda, it overwhelms any fair and balanced coverage. Fox News is a conservative news organization, and I would argue they didn’t work to discredit, but they pointed out the obvious flaws in the stories that the liberal media ran with instantly, even Avenatti’s ridiculousness. Fox News is also not amplifying Biden’s accuser, but are pointing out the obvious bias in how it is covered. I haven’t seen them saying Biden is guilty and throwing out the believe women hashtags. Have you? Neither Biden’s or Kav’s accusers should just be believed. Now we see the truth in the media and even in you. Kav’s accusers are immediately believed. Biden’s accuser is either ignited altogether or “it should be looked into,” or “he should address it”. But a week ago you said Kav’s a rapist.

i do believe biden's accuser. biden clearly has a history of unwanted touching. i want him to be made to answer for it.

This is not true at all. How many false accusations have we seen over the past decade? They’re everywhere. I truly believe that was nothing more than an organized attempt to destroy Trump’s pick because of Kav’s views on abortion. None of the accusations were credible, none had evidence, none had witnesses.

One of Ford's main supposed witnesses said she didn't even believe it happened. But the media covered everything, including the joke of an allegation from Swetnick, with absolute credulity.

Per our Constitution absolutely. We have 50 states. All are equal. I was born and raised here in TN. I believe my state is every bit equal to Cal, NY etc when it comes to national elections
