If someone dies in a car crash then they died from the car crash, not COVID. There have been roughly 86,000 deaths reported as COVID. There have been 1.4 million confirmed cases and again, I would venture that the number of people that have had it and were so asymptomatic that they never bothered to get tested is probably double that. I know several people that have had it. They were around people that were tested then came down with the same symptoms. They did not get tested because there was no need. Nothing could be done for them unless they started having trouble breathing. So there are plenty of people who have had it and recovered that are not counted.

Finally got ran out of the Houston area after 37 years. Lived in Tomball the last eight off of Northpointe.

I for one don't believe anything the idiots say now, so no I don't want to be forced to wear the dumb thing every where I go if I don't choose to...it is a massive irritation and inconvenience to me. It feels like I am suffocating every second I wear one...

I have to for work, if I want to work...so I wear one at work.

All I read here is me, me, I, I .

I will wear my mask, to protect others. When I go to the grocery store, I'll wear my mask so if I happen to be a carrier if I sneeze or cough I am less likely to spread my germs onto the tomatoes or the cucumbers, or the load of bread.

If I drive, I'll wear my seatbelt. I'll take reasonable precautions.

Again, this isn't about me, it's about my neighbor. Y neighbors grandmother.
It's about the little old lady I don't even know. It's about the diabetic child. It's not about me. I hate the mask. They are uncomfortable to me to. To me it's a small sacrifice to make for others but .like I said, it's your right to do whatever you want.

I remember Northpointe name but do not remember exactly where. I was off Cypresswood.
The traffic just flows down there. I cannot go on enough about the road network. The 99 is built before the need. Shows you how inept other cities have been.

Yes, which drives down the mortality rate even lower. Not sure why so many are living in fear

Northpointe is where the Silverado movie theater is. You're right, once they fixed the 249/Beltway exchange along with completing the initial section of 249 toll road, traffic was so much better along 249. I wish 99 had been completed sooner. Much easier to get to Katy or Spring. They had just started work on the "Aggie" toll road out at Pinehurst when we moved back to TN.

Yep but if you asked Him, "Jesus, should I wear this mask if it could prevent me spreading this virus? Or should I just not wear it and risk infecting others who are at a higher risk of severe complications because I find them uncomfortable?".

Tell that to those people at high risk. Their survival rate is quite a bit lower but don't let facts get in the way. Let's just make sure you not inconvenienced. I mean hell, wearing a mask is such a huge sacrifice.

My 81 y/o dad isn't in an assisted living. There are millions and millions that are living amongst us that have a high probability of severe illness if they contract this disease. Your Nonchalant "I don't give an fly eff about others" attitude says a lot to me. I'm actually taken aback by it. But hey, keep preaching the gospel, man.
