Go kick rocks! skyline chili paired with spaghetti and fresh shredded mild cheddar cheese with some tabasco is unreal with oyster crackers. Im from Cincy but I don’t call it Chili it’s more sauce than chili.

. Apology accepted, Food is better in the south on a majority level I love butter on butter …. I went to school ar UTK Knoxville is known for some solid restaurants. I’d admit sweet tea is… disrespected up here in Ohio it is sad but we have work to do just like the rest of America. It’s skyline chili that is a landmark here in Ohio. And how is it really much different than Petros’s chili and chips in Knoxville just saying…

My mom is from Ohio and loves Skyline chili. That didn't stop me from shoving her down a flight of stairs for making me eat that slop as a kid. Satan himself came up with the recipe for skyline chili and it should never be consumed by anyone.

chili sucks. name it whatever you want, but it still sucks in any iteration. further, my food stuffs do not come from Ohio.

Both chocolate and cinnamon are ingredients in Mexican mole sauce, much older and much further south than American chili. While I will not argue that either make fast food spaghetti chili puke any better, both can be used in chili to very good effect.
